got my identity stolen this year. I was very concerned and confused as to how this could happen since I am very careful with these sorts of things. I never give my personal information to strangers or companies that I don't know of. I don't like giving my social anywhere but someone how I got my identity stolen and someone claimed my refund. They helped me through it all. They explained various scams and ways people are getting personal information to claim refunds. It seemed they had a lot of experience with these situations because they knew exactly what to do. They explained all procedures involving these situations with the IRS and gave me a brochure and specific instructions as to what other steps I should take to make sure my credit is intact and unharmed.
