I went to Sorella Design with a vague idea of what I wanted in an author website, but was…read morecompletely at a loss as to the design of the site. So I trusted them to build a site that would promote my writing and look professional, but also user-friendly and fun. Sorella Design sent me a contract that stated the site would be completed in a month. I sent them articles, photos, and text for the site. And sure enough, a couple days before the site was to be completed (per the contract) they were finished and I had a beautiful website! What really stands out in my mind is that Sorella gave me tools to do even more than what I set out to do. They suggested I have a blog on the site to promote my future book. I didn't argue with this idea and thought it would be a good idea for something down the road. But then as they worked on the site and suggested putting the blog on the homepage, I started posting things just to fill up the space. But then I got the idea to continue where I started and use the blog to write about my family's travels to Asia and other places overseas in the 1960s as well as my early travels 20 years ago. I wasn't sure how people would react, but I received many positive comments and even suggestions to write more. Even people in the publishing world have commented favorably on my blog. If it wasn't for Sorella Design, I wouldn't have thought to have a blog. My site is www.susanbkason.com and I love it--thanks to Sorella Design!

Company is named Oohllaa, owner is Lane Gregory, who also owns CrowdShare, both located at 7700 Integrity Ct, Roanoke, TX 76262. -------- Background Info: This ad agency was hired by my company EquityJet to manage adwords, social media, and our SEO. Terms were simple.. we pay $3,000 for adspend and $2,500 for services rendered, for a total of $5,000/mo starting July 31, 2020. To this date, Oohllaa has been paid $17,500. Services provided by Oohlaa: 1 Build 3 page websites (they built 1 landing page, and edited our main website, but did not build 3rd = breach of contract) 2 Establish presence on facebook, twitter, instagram (they ignored twitter = breach of contract) 3 THREE weekly posts on social media (contract started 7/31, their first post on social media was 10/1 = breach of contract) 4 Manage adspend on Google and Facebook of $3,000/mo (of which they were only spending $420/mo towards ads = breach of contract) 5 Monthly reports with analytics and a weekly calendar with that week's content (contract started 7/31, and first report received on 10/26. Never received weekly calendar with content = breach of contract) Lets add that the contract states "should either party violate the terms of or fail to meet the obligations set forth in this contract, such action will render the opposing party free from any further contractual obligations". This company breached their contractual obligations within the first 30 days, yet continued to withdraw $5,000 from our account each month. Lane promised to provide us with one free month due to producing no leads, yet were still charged the fees for services. Come November, we were again hit for the $3,000 adspend charge, yet all ads ended and were frozen on October 31st. Finally, upon telling lane of their breach, I was immediately blocked on Facebook and had an demand email stating that I owed the remainder of the contract in the amount of $60,500, while he holds all admin access to my website and my facebook business page ransom. Lane has successfully drilled two years of hard work into the ground in a matter of months. He claims to be a man with Christian values and a strong moral compass, yet if you do a little bit of research on "Lane Graden Gregory", you will find this to be completely opposite. But that's not the point here... I tried to avoid coming to this point, through requesting a refund of $5,000 of liquidated damages from Oohllaa paid to EquityJet. I stated that we can mutually part ways if he paid this demand by 5:00pm today, 11/6/2020. He instead send me the threatening demand letter for $60,500. AVOID THIS GUY AND HIS COMPANY - IT WILL END UP COSTING YOU IF YOU DON'T.
