I explained my budget up front and was transferred. The irritable shop person picked up and proceeded to berate me about how I had no right to call there because they were a BNB business and they had a $300 hard minimum and asked why I thought I had the right to call there. Are you kidding me? I'm just researching different companies and have no experience with this. No way to talk to a potential customer - spend your money somewhere else.
