This is a company that lies and breaks promises. Do not deal with them. We contacted them once, then decided not to do business. Ever since, they have called several days a week, at least twice each day. We are on the FCC's Do Not Call List, so it is illegal for them to make these sales calls. They have repeatedly promised to stop calling, but they keep calling anyway. The people at Synergy clearly don't see any reason to comply with rules that don't suit them. So here's their latest wrinkle: They dial our number, but when I pick up, no one is on the line. Caller ID does not identify them as Synergy Capital, and this is a business office where I cannot screen all calls that lack a Caller ID. Synergy Capital is incompetent at best -- flagrantly dishonest at worst. Their reps quickly become petty and spiteful if you try to reason with them. What the flying puck? I work for a small business. Almost every day, a representative of this company will call asking for "Bob". More than 8 months ago, I have notified these cretins that there is no Bob here and to please stop calling. Needless to say, they have still been calling, nearly every day, sometimes multiple times a day asking for Bob. I added my business number to the National Do Not Call Registry 4 months ago precisely to get this company to stop calling and have filed numerous complaints against this company. They call everyday from the same number and it even sounds like the same guy. Some days I see the number on caller ID and simply answer the call and immediately hang up. On days where I feel like really driving the point home, I will yell into the phone speaker to never call again and other nice things I'd rather leave out in this review. Even if this company is legit, the fact that they have to resort to calling the same business more than one hundred times even after being asked not to is indicative that they're shady at best and malicious at worst. At first, I figured these worthless airholes were operating from a small room somewhere offshore where they are unable to be prosecuted. Imagine my surprise when I did my research and discovered that not only are they are a "legitimate" business, but that they have a yelp page, BBB page, their address is public, and dozens of complaints have already been lodged against them. I looked into why, even after I filed a complaint with the FCC against this phone number, they are still able to call months after the fact and with greater regularity. Their site stated that certain callers use "dynamic" phone numbers making their location difficult to trace. Their address is RIGHT HERE. If the government exists for any reason, it is to come down hard on the scumbags that operate this company (and any company like it for that matter) and permits their employees to engage in absolutely annoying and aggravating "business" practices (spam calls). The fact that the Better Business Bureau has received multiple complaints about this company and their address and even ownership is public information and still the government refuses to do anything about it is sickening. read more
