It's been over a year, and I've had time to reflect. While hospice care should center on compassion, communication, and trust, our experience fell short in several critical ways. Our family often felt unheard, with key decisions made without fully including all family members with decision making authority. Communication lacked consistency and transparency, and at times we were given information that later proved to be inaccurate. There were also concerns around professionalism. Sensitive information was discussed in ways that felt inappropriate, which further eroded our trust. Additionally, clear family wishes--particularly regarding the timing of certain medications--were not consistently respected, and explanations around those decisions were conflicting. Basic care expectations were not always met. Equipment that was promised was not provided, and safety measures that should have been in place were absent, leading to a preventable fall incident. End-of-life care is one of the most vulnerable experiences a family can go through. It requires honesty, coordination, and deep respect for both the patient and their loved ones. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect those standards. It is not surprising that Endless Journey's nurses received probation and fines for misconduct in July 2026. I share this out of concern. No family should have to navigate this type of added distress during a time of grief. My Grandma was an amazing woman and I am grateful for the time that I got to spend with her.

Her CNA was Michelle and she came M-F. Michelle was awesome and fit in with the family. Showed us how to do everything and was very reassuring. Mom loved her. Madi was her nurse and wow! Madi, thank you for you. you are amazing!!!!!!!! You truly have a gift. Sarah and Reid were also involved and so kind. Mom was in hospice for about three weeks. But those weeks went smooth, stress free and mom was at peace. Our hearts are broken since we lost mom but, Suncrest made it easier. Thank you

Despite asking to see briefs PRIOR to them being filed with SSA or the court, I only saw briefs AFTER they had been ruled upon. My final brief, for instance, was filed in AUGUST. However, I never saw that brief until I received the final notice of denial and closure of my case yesterday/ And that brief only covered my mental health and did not include the degenerative spinal issues I have tht impact all of my quality of life. So my attorneys completely betrayed me with a lack of communication and transparency. Perhaps it wouldn't have changed the final outcome but we'll never know because they didn't consult me or do what I asked so I could offer input during the process. I would never recommend this firm to friends or colleagues. How would I even know what work was done on my behalf if no one shares anything with me until the judge or SSA rules on it? I had no idea what was being said on my behalf and that is cmpletely unnacceptable. I'll be filing a formal complaint with the Bar Assn. Maybe it goes nowehre but at least it will be on record.

I would have ranked a little higher because I never rank anyone this bad, but their "keeper"…read moresecretly continued supplying alcohol (beer and vodka) to my 80 y/o parent for at least the last 9 months which is when they were told by 2 people (and in writing) it was against doctor's orders and could be fatal given the 3 nightly sleeping pills among others. Patient diminished from 110 pounds to 82 pounds in about 2 years under their care. As far as doing house keeping (the primary job description), after they were canceled (6 hours a week) and patient was hospitalized (for a month and counting), I did the clothes piled all over the floor (12 loads) and filthy bedding, then vacuumed up enough hair to replace the dog at least twice over, dusted down lots of smoke stained cobwebs, threw away all dry goods (mealworm infested), did tons of dishes and dumped a science experiment gone wrong in the crock pot. Haven't tackled the filthy shower yet.....
