Let me tell you, Katie is a Pitbull of a negotiator and is in the business to do the best for her clients, and we were no exception. As we were still living out of state during the process, Katie kept us posted on everything and went ABOVE and BEYOND in every way to help support us through the whole thing. She is a true professional and was very easy to get in touch with when we had questions, usually getting back to us within minutes. At the end of the process, there ended up being a little hiccup with our closing date because of the builder, but Katie was there to help fix things, treating us more like a family member than a client.
