Poor attention to potential customers and even worse follow up. I'm sure there programs are decent and I see plenty of good reviews, but Austin (Founder I assume) shows his true people skills.

Austin (coach) has a background in Olympic weightlifting, which translated well (for me) as he had different ways to explain positioning and execution of landing and pulls in a lift. He's offered a variety of scaling options, and encouraged us (individually) to chase an option that would be tough. I'm very thankful that I was able to feel at home, while far from it, at Crossfit Oshkosh! Indy, Austin's dog, is pretty darn cool too!

We had a basketball tournament for third graders today at Lake Park Sportzone. I was shocked to…read moresee that it was three dollars per person admission, even for the young kids. We were greeted with "What do you have in your cup?" as we entered and promptly told that coffee and other drinks were not allowed to be brought in after 10:30 AM. Games started at 8 o'clock and went all day, it's unrealistic to think people can't bring in their own coffee, soda or water considering we spent 5 hours there. It cost five dollars for a bottle of water and a muffin. Prices at the food station are incredibly overpriced. There was nobody tending to the courts, and anytime there was a spill from a team, or a person in the stands, they always went unattended. This place is there solely to make money, not make sure your experience is fun. Overall a bad experience, I'll continue to go to Players Choice when the option is there.

We even came home with both a Timber Rattlers baseball and an Udder Tuggers baseball, plus the giveaway hat. Lots of affordable parking ($8) with easy in and out traffic. Friendly, helpful staff throughout the stadium. Reasonably priced food, drink and lots of in game entertainment. The current club has some high draft choices playing for it. There is also a rich history of players starting in Appleton and going on to star in the big leagues. The tickets are priced to still allow families to come to the ballpark. Seating in the well-maintained stadium range from the grass seats along the baselines, to party seats in the outfield and a nice set up of box seats (for those so inclined). The T-Rats (local nickname) have several mascots and a number of play areas inside the stadium for younger children. The organization does a great job catering to all ages. We attended on "Dinosaur Night" which featured life sized dinosaurs inside and outside the park. The kids both large and small enjoyed the giveaways and activities provided. Good baseball, a good selection of food and drinks and a fun atmosphere make the Timber Rattlers a worthwhile experience.

Which for some reason is hard to find around here…read more Satisfies the winter clay busting itch. 18$ for 13 stations. 10$ for a golf cart, which really isn't needed, but on damp days it's nice to have the option. Or for folks that might have a harder time getting around. Can get muddy at times. Not too hilly. My only gripe if I had to have one is their website says "automated" which to me implies no human interaction is required to launch the clays. I was expecting voice activated launchers or some other means besides "someone has to push the buttons". Which is fine. Not sure how they'd get something like that into the middle of nowhere. Just doesn't really seem automated. I guess it is in the sense I don't have to physically throw the clay myself... And one more last little gripe is the ammo is about 10% more than I'd want to pay, and the cocktails are super light on the booze. So much so you're way better off having a beer or two after you shoot, than looking for any kind of mixed drink. So the solution is: if you're gonna come more than a few times get the card to make it 13$ a round. Bring your own ammo unless you want to support the club more. Rent the cart on crap days. And never order a cocktail. That makes for a perfect time. Excited to go back.
