My mom had a heart condition - AFIib for many years. She started having trouble staying awake and then she started falling every 2nd or 3rd day, Dr OTU said it was just old age. This is a beautiful wellness centre. It's bright, modern, spacious and easy to navigate the different areas. The various medical clinics and health services are clearly labelled. On the main floor, they also have a pharmacy and a little cafe. I was referred to a specialist in this building. I had no problem locating my clinic. There's easy access to an elevator and stairs. Covid precautions are being followed. I can't speak for all the services provided here. I can say that I've had a good experience at the Synergy Women's Wellness Centre. I'd recommend this location to anyone in need of the services available. read more

This wellness centre located on Bethel road is amazing. Kind of one stop for all your needs. As you enter theres a very nice lounge on left and pharmacy on right. Next to it a coffee shop. On lower level you have dynalife, MIC etc and upper level you have womens wellness and medic clinic (abt 16 doctors) dentist, gyne etc. Clean. Lots of places in hallway to sit as well. Lots of parking outside actually for $2 parking fees. Also walking distance from Bethel bus station read more

A beautiful facility that features health specialists of what seems like all types, a great little cafe, seating area, pharmacy and more! There seems to be ample parking ($2/day), it is a short walk from the Bethel Transit Station, and the public restrooms are clean and spacious to boot! Very easily navigated with a stroller, I was pleased with my visit here and will return. read more

The Synergy Wellness Centre is a wonderful all-in-one location medical and health professional centre. In one centrally located building in Sherwood Park, you will find doctors medical practices, laboratory, x-ray & ultrasound services, a women's wellness practice, a dentist, denturist, ear clinic, respiratory clinic, sleep medicine, neurology clinic, massage therapist, pharmacy,...the whole spectrum! There is even a hair salon and spa, and a café! Lots of parking and lots of handicapped parking as well. The Bethel Transit Centre is also across the street. Very convenient for everyone. read more

How neat is this place? I've never seen anything like it! As far as I can tell, it's about as close to an "all in one" stop you can. I know I missed some things, but here is what I noticed: Pharmacy Women's health centre (Halleluja! You don't need to become a regular patient there... you can just book appointments for those pesky 3 year tests if you're not comfortable having your regular family doctor do it) Obstetrics & Gyno clinic Medical clinic Hair Salon Spa Coffee Shop Chiropractor X-Ray/DI Dynalife Lab (book an appointment online when you need blood tests done and save yourself the wait!) Like I said... I know there's more services, I just can't remember! There is lots of parking. It sucks that you have to pay, but it's only $2.00 no matter how long you have to be there. It's very easy to access and decently easy to find your way around once inside. read more

I have been going to this clinic for 5 years and I always get a about my appointment. They did not remind me about my last appointmen. a reminder which I expected because I always got one in the past. So then I missed my appointment and still didn't get Ny call from the clinic about a missed appointment. I called today to ask when my appointment is and they said I will have to pay a fee for the missed appointment even though they never called me once before. read more

I was going here for over 7 years and had a disagreement regarding my treatment, covid and them losing my prescription with Dr.Trouli. I then was rejected refills on my prescription as well as shamed in my appointment. A week later I received a dismissal letter from my family doctor Dr.Freitas for telling the derm she doesn't work Fridays. In the letter she had said I made negative comments about her practice and dismissed me. I had said nothing but she's not in on Fridays. The doctors ganged up on me and attacked my character. The manager Mel said he would see what he can do to get me a Refill on my prescription because it was denied by Dr.Freitas. Mel told me he would get back to me and then I never heard from him and he went on vacation. Absolutely terrible malpractice and awful doctors and manager of the clinic. Would never go here again. Why do we pay taxes if this is the types of " doctors" who supposed take care of patients. Stay away from Doctor Freitas and Trouli. Awful. read more

Usually this place runs smoothly. I should know with 90 year old parents that see the doctor upstairs frequently. Today, with Samantha running the show, it was a different story. I show up with my folks, one using the other's wheelchair as a walker, i am told it will be an hour. I ask for mercy as its been a long day and we live way out of town, but i dont expect any. Samantha firmly states that it will be about an hour and its up to us if we want to wait. Ok, we'll grab s coffee and be back in half an hour. We arrive back in less than half an hour and find our name on the bottom of the list. Apparently their names were just called. Great! That means we're next, right? NO. Samantha rudely informs us it was our decision to leave and now we stay on the bottom of the list. In the ensuing hour, she proceeds to jam up the label machine again (she did it earlier) and admits to losing a requisition she copied for another patient who came to the desk to ask why she isnt on the screen and has been waiting an hour. It's a good thing 90 year olds enjoy spending their waning uears in waiting rooms (attempted sarcasm). read more
