Hopefully they act in a more professional and safe manner when they are at a work site and not as reckless as they are on the roads. I can only imagine they must have been sleep deprived after days of clearing snow right now. Still no excuse to drive aggressively in a company truck (or be on the roads at all). If your employees are that stressed out and reckless on the roads, send them home to get some sleep.

I told the salesman (Syno) that I was on a budget and what I was looking for. He showed me carpet that was in that budget and on sale (It is beautiful!) I was going to have him come to measure after a short vacation I was going on but when he took my address down and realized that we were practically neighbors he offered to come on his day off and measure for me so that I wouldn't have to wait so long. They were out of sample pieces of the carpet for me to take home and he offered to bring the large store sample to my home one evening if I wanted to see it before it was installed. The installer they sent (Sylvie. I don't think I've spelled it right...) was excellent! He was professional and pleasant to have in my home. He worked hard and steadily for two hours and did a fabulous job. Not everything will come up out of a lightweight cheap carpet installed by the previous owners but it looks 100% better than it did! Very happy. Also, unlike another company named after the province, they will not up-charge you when they get to your house (e.g. Oh, you have a dog, I'll have to pre-treat for $X.00). Been there and won't be there again. Al-Care gives you a quote per square footage, pre-treatment, spot treatment, and deep cleaning all included. I was quoted for 500 sq.ft. with 12 stairs but when he measured it was 450 sq.ft and that's what he charged me for. Honest too! Highly recommended.

Jason came out and said they'd fix it and quoted less than a third of the price of the first company. It was a huge challenge because of the polyurethane that had already been injected under my step. He told me if we can't fix this we won't charge you. Craig came out on a Saturday and worked on my front step and told me if i can't fix this then it can't be fixed and that he doesn't give up easily.
