The receptionist and medical assistant at the clinic were exceptionally nice and helpful during my visit. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smile and made me feel comfortable. Been dealing with this office for about 3 years now. All the horrible reviews about office staff unprofessionalism is correct. Seem to not care about the patient- canceling appointments but not rescheduling multiple times. Only way to get an appointment at times was to say we were going to transfer to another office. Beginning with the incredibly wise, intelligent, kind, helpful- PA Paige - Meyers McNamara , who has helped me all along the way , with everything and every referral I've needed in my journey , in getting my back pain free again . My appointment was set for 8 am. They tell you to arrive 45 min early if didn't do paperwork. If you already did paperwork then show up 15 min early. I been here since 730 am. A lady shows up at 745. I said I brought her proof of compression fracture in my back and explain that I need to have three surgeries in the upcoming year and I'm using a walker as a mobility aid to walk and she gave me tramadol for pain. My 2nd reason for not recommending it's not recommending this medical group Is the director mark Lynch. I never met this doctor he hides and let's P a's do the work for him. They were feeding a stage 4 kidney patient 850 mg of Tylenol Arthritis formula 3 times A-day. You don't give that type of medicine to a kidney patient that's too much. This place is one of the most unprofessional places I have ever dealt with. They take your copay and then give you zero answers but say come back in a month. They put you on hold and then hang up on you and then send you to voicemail. The provider knows nothing about what she is doing. The dr is never to be found. The care they give is terrible. They do not care to find answers or help you they just beat around the bush and ask you to keep coming back. It's pathetic. This place should be shut down. Disgusting treatment from staff to put someone on hold until they close and then hang up on you. It's a shame what medicine has come to. People like this should find something else to do because they don't belong here. As a pain control specialist. They do not use cannabis as a part of pain control. They would rather use opioids. I need to increase the dosage of opioids. This is due to the suspension of the use of cannabis. The doctor would not help me. She said she needs more information. This is the second time I have seen her. She is not in pain. Wow! Wow! Wow! AMAZING! Coming from a totally different experience with their sister office in Corona, I was very nervous to come to Synovation. Let me start with the fact that I was running late and could not find this place for the life of me and I was scared that they would make me reschedule. I called them and they were the best! They were telling me how to get there and I was perplexed to say the least. Marcella (the receptionist) and Erica (the nurse) were great! They went above and beyond. Erica asked what the make and color is of my car. Marcella stayed on the phone, while Erica went outside to see if she could see us and be a beacon for us. That was so awesome! She flagged us over and when I got inside, I was apologizing profusely and they assured that most people need help finding them. Marcella asked how to say my name (which is HUGE when people mispronounce your name all of the time) and that made happy. After being ushered to the room patiently (pain is an issue), Erica asked all of the necessary questions and at one point, I got emotional and she was very calming and sweet. She came over and gave me a safe, side hug and was very compassionate. I was absolutely taken with her kindness and understanding. As I was waiting for the Nurse Practitioner, I found myself much calmer than I was before. Then, Delisa came in and right away, I liked her. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and very well versed in her field! Delisa helped me to understand some of what is going on with my body and also started the appropriate treatments. She explained every step to me (none of that I'm the professional, just do it kind of attitude) and ASKED me if every step was okay, instead just telling me. REFRESHING! She definitely knows what she's doing and I left this office feeling hopeful, energetic and happy. Thank you Marcella! Thank you Erica! Thank you Delisa! You all should be commended for the work you do on a daily basis. It wasn't just me but even during my small wait in the waiting room, I saw the interaction with others and it was smooth and almost familial (which is what you want when you have to come to a doctor's office with regularity). This place is horrible My so call dr which I find out that she's not a dr. I have been going here for about a year. And sense day one they began to reduce my pain meds. Then we agree to stop taking one medication but she was going to give me 3 pills per day. She did it for about a month 1/2 Later she change to 2 pills or gives me 60 and says take 2 to 3 pills per day but she said that I had to take 2 pills per day. she doesn't give me enough to last the 30 days. Now she told the staff to tell me that I have to make 6 pills last until my appointment, which is 12 days from now. She doesn't give a rats ass of what I'm going to suffer. My psychiatrist told me that they are making mine mental condition worse to talk to them or change providers. They don't give a fuck about their patients. I didn't want to change dr but I believe is time. But before I will be filing a complaint to the medical board and also their medical group. Is ridiculous that they make you suffer knowing that patient need the medication and that you can die if you don't have the medication. If I could I wouldn't be taking this medication. But unfortunately I need it for the pain. They know the consequences for stopping taking this medication I can die. But again the provider Page Miyers I was told that was her name. Which I think it might not be. The front office is not their fault but when I asked for the license # she told me that I have to goggle that she couldn't give it to me. We all know that she lie. I also requested to speak to the clinic manager and she told me that I couldn't that it wasn't going to make a difference. As a pain management clinic the doctor don't give a fuck about you or yr condition. Or if your live or die. I would recommend for to get a different dr before going there.
