Doctor offices and appointments are never fun or easy but the hassle of not getting the proper medication and the sheer lack of consideration for there patients is what made me walk out on them. Mr. O'Reilly talks at you and doesn't give you the time or day to speak your side. If you can't listen how are you a doctor? Or how about when they tell you " hey you're here to see me!" I would not recommend this place. I have been here 2 times. The waiting room is small. Considering more than one patient would most likely need accommodations. The waiting room is small with alot is chairs. The front desk clerks are rude. At my first visit I didn't know where their in house pharmacy is or anything. When ask the front desk are rude and no patience to explain to a first time patient. It's hard to get my notes back to my PCP. I spoke to the office manager and she said it will take 3-4 weeks to get notes to my PCP. She explained that's normal turn around. I saw a lady here who bedside manner was rude as well. She didn't introduce herself for one. She gave me diagnosis that my PCP didn't give me stating my foot pain is related to my diabetes. Newsflash I have never had diabetes. They don't ask what pharmacy you prefer they just send your medication to their pharmacy. I mean it's nice it's in the same building. I went to the restroom during my recent visit no soap to wash your hands in sight. I hope the staff has soap in their restroom. read more

My grandpa came to this clinic and to my surprise , he came home and told me he wanted to change clinic's we've never had issues until he told us how the service is very incompetent dr and front desk needs to learn what customer service is in a health care environment. How his staff talk to patients especially new patients and military veterans. Went in for a 10:00 am appointment today and was greeted with rudeness by a staff member her delivery was horrible concerning me walking in with my daughter on the phone. She initially said you can't have your phone in here and I told her I had a heart loop recorder implanted and I had to have my phone it was to send information concerning my heart. She then changed up and said it interfered with machines and I said you are rude and can talk to patients in a professional kind manner and I was going to report her to community care via the VA and she said so go ahead.. She has no business in the medical field with her nasty disrespectful attitude.. Take your insurance company money somewhere else. And my appointment was at 10:00am and had to wait an hour to be seen unacceptable behavior. First impression is everything and I give them a zero. read more

Took my mom as a first time patient and was not to impress with the staff. They walked into the room with out saying hello nor a smile. When we were walking out he door, I went back to ask a last question and it seem I was bothering them with my questions, one girl rolled her eyes at me and then I turned and looked at the other girls and they both seem to be bothered. My experience was great the doctor was very nice and actually listened to my problems and concerns. For being a new patient I was actually in and out within an hour and they even called me back before I finished filling out all of my paperwork. Dr. O'Reilly was amazing!! I came in for an ingrown toenail on both of my feet. I previously had a bad experience at an urgent care and was very nervous. He made me feel very comfortable and assured there was nothing to be worried about. He was correct. While he was cutting out my ingrown nails he conversed in conversation and kept my mind busy. Horrible experience.. dr o'reily is a jerk. I waited 1.5 hrs only to literally be seen by him for 60 sec. Couldn't figure out what or why he was rushing me and even cutting me off while I was talking. Raising his voice at moments, he was an all around jerk and shouldnt be practicing if he doesn't like people. period. read more

The Dr and medical assistants were very nice! The office was very packed and took quite awhile to be seen.

This doctor books so many people in the same time slots and the waiting room is always filled to the max. He doesn't spend time with patients, he makes you feel uncomfortable when asking questions because he's in a big hurry to get out of the room. To me he was not compassionate. This dr is so rude I was very upset with treatment at his office. They want to practice social distancing and why do make so many appointments at the same time. The lobby was full of people and mind you the majority of this people are elderly. I had to take my dad because he is diabetic and needed his nails cut urgently. Why don't they spread their appointments. The dr freaks out if you get closed to him. But he doesn't care for us the people that are siting in the lobby. So he doesn't want to loose his money coming and so he over books. he doesn't care about his patients if they get contacted with each other sitting all together in the lobby. And the wait is outrageous. It take 2 hours to get called so the dr can see you for 5 mins and if you have any questions they don't answer your questions!! What a shame of a dr. I'm never going back. read more

Let me explain the one star rating. First, there is no way possible that these people can provide quality medical care to anyone at that office. The office is packed with so many patients that they have to wait outside. Perhaps reducing the amount of scheduled appointments would help. The Medical Staff would be able to provide adequate care. Second, the medical staff members are not professional. If you are not of the Latino Race, the woman at the front counter will not speak to you. As this is the United States, I believe that all people should be treated respectfully in a non judgmental fashion and not placed in a bias category based on the color of ones skin. Perhaps a good EEOC Course would improve the staff's behavior. Third, the Doctor saw me for 110 seconds. I was supposed to have an injection procedure. However, due to authorization mix ups and other office issues, I was rescheduled for next week. In hopes that the Medical Staff will be able to get all necessary authorization(s) together so I do not have to drive another 100 miles for nothing, gas is expensive! (I live in the Mountain Area). Plan on a 1-2 hour wait in a very small, over crowded waiting for your appointment! Other than that, I guess I will be back to get another dose.... read more

There has been several complaints made about this man and i wondered why when I took my client to him. First off when oreilly first came into the room he quickly sprayed some Cold spray on my clients feet without first letting her kno what he was going to do and it caught her off guard. She came to get her toes clipped and he did not soak her toes before clipping like most places I've been too. He just goes right into clipping and I can see my client squirming in discomfort and I asked her if she is ok and she shook her head no. Upon doing so oreilly turned to me and told me to not speak to the client when he is in the Room with her and that by me speaking to her makes the client feel the discomfort! What kind medical professional would be in this type of field and not care for the comfort of their patients and not blame himself for her discomfort. He was the one clipping on her toes rough. I do not recommend this man. Very rude and unprofessional. That is not how you go about patient care. No empathy just quickly do the job then leave. As hard and thick as geriatric toe nails are they need to be soaked first before clipping. That's common sense! read more

I went here 4 years ago. Ingrown toenail. I thought he was really good for that. I got a referral from my doctor yesterday, called and they answered on the first ring and I have a appointment to return. I am pleased to return and will be going in a couple weeks. I remembered that one lady was very straight and to the point and the rest very friendly. I got the friendly one to make the appointment this time, last time it was frustrating because I did not look up when they had office hours so had called a couple times and no answer. This time I looked it up and it flew by easy. Last time had a hard time finding it because it looked like someone's home and not an office. This time I know better. read more
