We chatted while we waited and kidded with the bank teller. This bank has bankers involved that have been in the business for many decades. I do all my commercial banking with them after they helped me start my business over 20 years ago and do this day I always have good experience. They have several good locations and are local. And unlike other banks do not seem ripe for a merger. The bankers here were in mergers and separated from all of that and take good care of their customers. And inside this bank you go to a desk instead of the teller for many of your transactions. That is a nice option and feels much more like a hometown bank which it is.

I give them all 5 stars, especially the Branch Manager, Adam Greene. He should be promoted. I know that as a business owner, I want people with his level of professionalism and customer service to be part of my team. Unfortunately, his hands are tied by the rest of the bad corporate culture of this bank. I'm sure NBSC was amazing when it was a local bank, but it isn't now that it has been bought out by Synovus. Why? First of all, they don't offer online deposits like the rest of my other banks (Chase, NavyFed). Second of all, forget about getting any credit through them for your business, even after 2 years of having a monthly 5- figure balance. They denied my business for a nominal amount on a credit line. I went and applied elsewhere and got 20x the loan amount Synovus wouldn't approve me for. I'm done with this bank. Sick of it. Closing all accounts. Bye!!!!
