(I'm not out there) No effort to shut down the operation and no refund of the bogus charges. The fraudsters are only hitting for $25 at a time, but multiple times daily. Suspect there is collusion with someone in the bank, but since no one is responding, one never knows. I'd recommend staying away from BofA and working with a bank that actually helps customers instead of thieves.

However, it was not made clear to me that transactions over 1k are not allowed. Sadly, I didn't find this out until I was at the store buying a large appliance and my card wouldn't go through even though there was plenty of money in the account. When I called, no help was offered just basically, nope, sorry you can't use your money past what we allow you to use, in other words. Makes you wonder if this bank, like some many others, have over extended their loan to deposit ratio.

I have gone to TRUIST to get a manager to show me their "correct" method to move funds into my account - and that filed also. Dont waste you time with this clown car.
