(I'm not out there) No effort to shut down the operation and no refund of the bogus charges. The fraudsters are only hitting for $25 at a time, but multiple times daily. Suspect there is collusion with someone in the bank, but since no one is responding, one never knows. I'd recommend staying away from BofA and working with a bank that actually helps customers instead of thieves.

Sadly, I didn't find this out until I was at the store buying a large appliance and my card wouldn't go through even though there was plenty of money in the account. When I called, no help was offered just basically, nope, sorry you can't use your money past what we allow you to use, in other words. Makes you wonder if this bank, like some many others, have over extended their loan to deposit ratio.

Thankfully The Federal Reserve investigated and had our monies returned to us. The bank manager at Synovus has now informed us we have 10 days to find a new bank. I think they are poor sports. Since they can't steal from us, they're just going to get rid of us. One last thing, this is not a small one time problem. There is an ongoing Class Action Overdraft Settlement against Synovus. So this is a large problem.

I have done local banking at Truist in Venice for over a year…read more I have attempted over 5 times to transfer money from my investment accounts in NYC to Truist - only TO HAVE TRUIST REJECT those attempts. I have gone to TRUIST to get a manager to show me their "correct" method to move funds into my account - and that filed also. Dont waste you time with this clown car.
