Kathleen told she would contact United Health Care and contact me by phone for my portion of the payment. Kathleen called on Aug. 25 and left a message with my financial responsibility and asking me to return her call. I called her right back and her receptionist transferred to me to her phone. She did not answer so I left a message with my name and phone number. She never returned my call. I had a previously scheduled appointment for Aug. 28 at 9am. When I got to her office there was a sign on the door giving a new office address. I went to the new address and was told that I didn't have an appointment and Kathleen wasn't in yet, even though another client was waiting to be seen by her. The receptionist told me that she had canceled my appointment because she didn't get ahold of me by phone. Kathleen strolled in shortly after 9am. She told me to have a seat while she settled in. I demanded that the situation be addressed immediately. She had never even ordered my hearing aids and told her receptionist to schedule me sometime in September. I have registered a formal complaint with UHC and am referred to another provider. Kathleen Burch is a very inept business person.

I called East Coast in Fayetteville and spoke to a manager...Whitney. Not only was she arrogant but not a problem solver or a manager who took ownership of her position. Instead of solving my issue she didn't understand what I was saying, nor would move ahead in solving an issue two years in the making. Few skills Whitney possessed and my conversation fell upon deaf ears. Nothing accomplished whatsoever...this is what happens when something arises and the manager is lazy or is unwilling or worst of all unknowing how to solve it. I felt like I was talking to the computer she was looking at and expecting a response which didn't come. I will be glad to shop elsewhere as I wouldn't feel comfortable trusting my hearing to a group of not caring individuals.

I went to Alternative Hypnosis for help with insomnia. The owner, Josh, said he could help me with…read morethis. He put me in a weight loss program which did not address my insomnia. I tried two sessions. These sessions were about 40 minutes long with his assistant pushing play of old, worn recordings. I tried to go along with this at first but I knew they were scamming me. I told them that I would not be continuing the program and that I expect them not to place any more charges on my account. Two weeks later, they charged my account again for a total of $918. I sent them a couple of emails about this and they did not respond. So I went to my bank to dispute the charge. Suddenly, Josh emailed me saying it would be unethical to cancel the payment for services rendered. I told him that it was unethical to tell someone that you will help them with their insomnia and put them in a cookie cutter weight loss program that did not help my insomnia in any way. Look up the complaints about this place on the BBB website and decide if this is a person you want to deal with. Josh's last email was beginning to become insulting so I am not engaging with him anymore.
