While he at that moment was unable to fix my phone, he recommended another shop 5 minutes away he was confident could repair my phone quickly, gave me an estimate ect. A protip when dealing with merchants/business owners in surrey, be nice/be calm. The neighborhood itself has a bad rap so understandably if you put out grief you may get it back so be nice to the person trying to help you fix your phone :)

Claimed that the machine was for the use of the other business they had in the shop.... this address is listed as only one business.... there's O2 computers in the same complex, save your money and get better service.
