I went out to speak to her and she stated that she had a customer here and that her boss had given her the code to get inside our subdivision. I spoke to the owner and the lady had been soliciting. I asked her to leave and that next time we would call the police. As I escorted her out of our gate she walked around for a bit, then an SUV came by to pick her up. July 2016, I contracted w/them to intall 3 cameras and an HDVR. never had a problem since. I am having an crazy, irrational, napoleon syndrome affected neighbor who took a chainsaw to our 'shared' fence. prior to that act, they (husband and wife) threatened to do it. I called TKO and explained to them it was an emergency. 6 days later it was installed, programmed, and working. the destruction of the fence was caught on camera - vividly. as this crazy, mental, neighbor, continued to bully and attempt to intimidate, the 6 cameras (3 before) were eating up space on the hard drive of his antics. again, I called TKO in an emergency. I needed to preserve video. they came out right away, installed another hard drive and saved the day! :-) Thank you so much for all you've done for me since 2016. Ronald rewired our ADT box, took out all old equipment, and our service is now PERFECT. I will also write a letter to the company, but wanted all of you to know that Ronald is the very best technician, and if you are lucky enough to get him to review your system, you will be in good hands. We had a house fire in 2023 and had to use ADT because at the time they were the only company that would use our existing hard-wired system combined with wireless sensors for the areas that were damaged. Since DAY ONE we have had issues with the panels, the sensors, the entire system. We have had probably 5-6 false alarms (always at 1am). The panels beep for no reason, they light up at night for no reason. Our WIFI has been out for a few days and this system is SUPPOSED to be backed up to work without WIFI to "keep your home safe." Bullcrap. The panels reset and beeped all night long until my husband finally ripped them out of the wall out of frustration. That is another gripe, the panels are SOOOO not user friendly. To do anything you have to dig 3 pages deep. We tried resetting it, looking for anything that would say "shut the hell up, it's 1 am." Ripping it out of the wall seemed totally justified and the only option we had at the time in order to actually get some sleep. Every single time I need to talk to someone in customer service, they give you the run around, repeat what you said to them 4 times, and ultimately the call just gets disconnected. You call back, wait on hold for :20 and go through the same thing all over again.
