Had to have another technician come out who said we needed a new hose but couldn't change it in the rain. Said they would be back but there is no call back and no follow-up. We have to keep calling them and they try to "squeeze" us in between other appointments. Three weeks later and $800 and my AC still is not working on some of the hottest days in Montreal.
