I recently moved into the Genesee Point apartment complex and have noticed quite a few things…read moredeficient with this facility. First the deck that was done was missing 2 support brackets for the deck. Second, the concrete floor for the garage is not level and it s necessitating that a garage door seal be installed on the garage floor to correct this deficiency. Third the water lines for the master bedroom shower were installed backwards (i.e. cold and hot water lines were switched around). Fourth, the shower door in the master bedroom was installed out of alignment. It does not keep in water, and I must use a towel below the door in order to keep it from flooding the bathroom floor. I brought this to my landlord's attention and one of your subcontractors for this effort came out to look at it. He only replaced the bottom door gasket; I informed him that the door was out of alignment. He shrugged it off and stated that even though he replaced the gasket there would still be some water leaking on to the floor. I have researched how I can fix this issue and have ordered another magnetic door closure for the bottom of the door. (I hope this works). I would also like to add that earlier this year an inspection of the installation of the hot water heaters was done, since it was found that in some of the units it was not installed correctly. It is also to be noted that an issue with the road drainage as two personnel from AEY are working on them as of today December 17, 2024. It appears that this company's Quality Control program is seriously lacking
