Where do I begin with problems with this company?…read more My spouse and I hired them to cut grass and dig out shrubs. The shrub work was never done. We called them back and they returned. The workers cut the shrubs low to make it look like they dug out the roots so we called them back again. One numerous occasions they cut shrubs that separate our property from our neighbors, cutting buds off in the spring, hemetizing them instead of proper pruning. Our neighbors finally stopped using them for pruning because they were getting charged for illegally cutting ours. Some of our neighbors still use them and until I complained they routinely dumped lawn waste in the federal parkland across the street. The mix of English ivy and bamboo has taken root and is damaging trees. Most recently they've continued to use gas-powered leaf blowers in DC even though it's illegal. I've had to call the company twice to report it. I also reminded them it is illegal to blow the leaves into the NPS land across the street. They should have zero stars.

Then came the "truck broke down so we couldn't come out to cut your grass"..."the weather is going to be bad on your scheduled day to cut" so we will be out on the next "scheduled day" (two weeks later). Very disappointing...our contract is now over (March) and they are still billing us (which comes out in auto pay due to the contact we HAD)..working with the Bank for fraudulent charges.
