I asked them to come back and redo the work and was called 2 days they were to come back and told they couldn't come and they would call me when they could. I asked for a refund and was told that they don't move furniture unless asked to and then they charge more for that and that they would talk about giving me a small refund. I paid for square footage and definitely did not get what I paid for. When I told her I paid for square footage she argued with me and told me they charge per room. So depending on who you talk to would depend on how they price. I wouldn't recommend using this company for anything. Not professional and not trustworthy in my opinion. I only gave them 1 star because I had to give them something.
