He removed 40 year old wallpaper that I tried to do on my own for 15+ hours with little success. He then painted my kitchen to perfection. After that job, I called him to do major sheetrock repair and painting on short notice. He finished the job in one afternoon even though it was a 2-3 day job (I needed it done immediately as the house was going on the market the next morning). Once again, the job was done perfectly. The first Project Manager was really good at selling but in the end, could not deliver. I did not get what I paid for. I felt like I was in a three ring circus with the painters. The training is not there for the workers. The supervision lacking. Workers try to impress only when supervisor is there and do not take pride in their work. Supervisor always had some slick remark to cover bad work. Way too oily for me! I dreaded having to call them to come for the final touch up! Ugh! I really didn't want them back! I was fearful of having the same company come and didn't want to relinquish my last payment for that kind of job. But...Oh my gosh! A new crew arrived. Regional Director Matt came onsite and brought in Elizabeth and her crew to help fix the mistakes of the other crew! I finally had a crisp looking ceiling with no line issues through the Sheetrock! Because I was happy with the fix, I have some other pressing repairs and hired them to do some more repairs for me. The crew worked really hard and in intense heat wave every day! I would have passed out from heat exhaustion! I had so much to move before the new crew came. Life is constant cleaning and wiping from all the dust left behind from the sanding! Something crew #1 should have done correctly so that I wouldn't have to when I moved. The positives are that Matt wants to make the clients happy! He is a man of his word. He is involved with the crew and knows who they are. He treated the workers to lunch and knows how to reward those workers who work hard! It's nice to know the RD interacts with the crew and he has a good relationship with Elizabeth. Sad for them but both are cleaning up mistakes of other crews! Matt will make sure the job is done correctly and will keep checking onsite until the client is happy! Matt did some extras for me too! He was once working for pest control and came back to help me get rid of some! He is easy to talk to and listens to try to straighten the issues! Without Matt and Elizabeth's crew the company would sink fast! The five stars are for Matt and Elizabeth and her crew of two!!!

I never received a confirmation I never received a phone call I never received a text message to confirm that he was coming. I emailed the company and I asked for a different representative because I really enjoyed the first person that I had and I was finally ready to proceed, they have literally not answered. They don't care that their rep sucks... I would not recommend this company to anyone. I am now going to move on and give my business and money to someone who actually deserves it because this place is a complete scam.
