With my new accountant you only pay when you are completely satisfied. They go over the cost with you upfront. Greenwalds will send you to collections if you start a return with them but do not complete it. Again I did not get a return and I was harassed and threatened with collections. I did business with them for 2 years and it started out well but I kept getting more and more charges that I thought were unfair and too high. I can not recommend them because they charge very high prices, have invoiced me in error for filing an extension. They told me they needed to file extension because they were swamped. 4 months later they wanted more money and that's when I stopped doing businesses with them. They did reverse that charge but they also re billed me 1k and i had to prove to them that I paid that invoice.

First mistake: She submitted my mom's paperwork wrong, and immigration sent it back. Second mistake: At my mom's immigration interview, even the immigration rep told us that the paralegal who prepared everything set us up to fail because ALL the paperwork was wrong. Third mistake: Immigration rejected it again because they did the taxes wrong. How do you make that many mistakes on something so important?
