Somehow every year I would miss bringing 1-2 documents. I am a pretty organized person most of the time, but when it comes to tax season, I looked like a mess. The only thing that is short of a 5 star ratings is the cost which is getting higher every year. Gone were those days when H&R block offered a $25-50 discount. My suggestion? H&R Block should give an incentive to those who keep using their service year after year in the form of a discount. I really do not think a $25-50 discount will hurt.
