Albert from Capital Garage Door Ottawa was great. He fixed the broken torsion spring on our garage…read moredoor a few months back. It broke on a Monday. It wasn't super urgent because my car was not in the garage (we couldn't even open the garage door manually, so I'm glad my car was not stuck inside). He was able to come on Wednesday, so I just parked my car in our driveway until then. It was not yet snowing, so it was all good, lol. His estimate was that he'd come between 12pm-3pm, but I got a call at 10:45am asking if it would be ok if he arrived in 20-30 minutes. Awesome! The earlier the better, so I can get on with my day. He came and it took him less than 30 minutes to fix it. The cost was $185 plus tax. One year warranty. Cash, credit or debit only. No cheque. Albert was very polite and considerate. He was quick and efficient. Albert gave me his business card, and he also owns Fast Key, an emergency locksmith service. I was happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend Albert and Capital Garage Door Ottawa.
