When I asked her questions she was rude and had a nasty attitude. Every time I talked to her I felt like I was bothering her, she told me I had already asked her these questions and couldn't understand why I was calling. She was supposed to do my fiancé's amendment and told me it would be done ASAP, when I called about it she yelled at me and told me she wouldn't do anything until our bill was paid. Which I paid with card at that moment. She then stated she was too busy and hadn't touched it. I told her next year we would not be coming back and asked to talk to a manager and she laughed and said she was the manager. I was treated like garbage and will never use this business again. Erin was nasty and disrespectful.

They had no chance of making a dime from my problem. Two weeks before tax day. The clock was ticking on an insurance issue and I did not know where to turn. I needed a surety and the co. I'd made an appt. with did not have what I needed and did not let me know until five minutes before my appt. I had to be 70 min. away to file paperwork, (in two hours!) by the time I walked in to H & R. Block. Carol and Jane heard my issue and made phone calls until they found the person who would be the solution to my stress. For no personal gain, just to help me. Problem solved, the day saved. If this office is THAT caring and supportive to someone who isn't even a customer, I cannot imagine how wonderful they are to clients! I am a forever fan! Thank you!
