A no-frills food truck in a weird, but easy to find location. They have a handful of tables and…read morechairs on the lawn in front. Service was friendly and very quick. Prices are reasonable. The sandwich portions are generous and come with a small side portion and sliced pickles. The pulled pork comes without sauce and when we went, they only had spicy and blackberry sauce. As far as flavor, we agreed the pork was kinda dry but okay. I had the blackberry sauce, which I found runny and not so flavorful. My boyfriend had the spicy and said it was good, but the kick lingered in his mouth. My coleslaw was weak too. Overall, the location is perfect for this kind of meal. It's a reasonable price for what you get - sandwich, side, and drink. Probably great for local lunches, but we wouldn't go out of our way.

Chubbs BBQ is a fairly new food truck in the Marion area and overall I must say I'm impressed…read more They are quick, well priced and consistent. The meat has a great smokey flavor and is very tender. The baked beans have quickly become a favorite and the coleslaw is a close second. They offer huge sandwiches which include 6 oz. meat, one side and a drink for $7.50 or larger platters for around $11. They never keep me waiting long and they have many BBQ sauces to choose from including some interesting ones such as cherry habanero and blackberry. They are usually located around the corner of 7th Ave. and 44th St. in Marion behind Arnold's motor supply. So if you find yourself in the area around lunchtime it's definitely worth the stop!

Very good food truck. Had burgers, wings, BBQ, quesadillas, and more for entrees. Fries, cheese…read morecurds, and fries pickles for sides/appetizers. Also had vegetarian friendly options such as falafel. Average food truck prices, $12 average for entrees and $6 to add a side. Got the falafel w/ fried pickles. My dad said the pickles were possibly the "best he'd ever had". Falafel was flavorful and came on pita with chopped salad (cucumbers, red onions, tomatoes) and sauce. Food seems to be freshly made and takes a few minutes but well worth the wait. They give you a little buzzer than alerts you when your food is ready so that you don't have to wait right by the food truck.

Big city food truck in a small town. We had the Trossville hot chicken sandwich and pulled pork…read moresandwiche, both excellent. The hot chicken was nicely hot, but nothing extreme, so everyone can enjoy it. The pulled pork had tasty sauce, nice slaw and big fat pickles - very good. My wife, lifelong big city girl, commented, "this food tastes like it's from the big city." Oh, and the fries. They offer a truffle-fries upgrade, which we haven't tasted, but even the plain fries were great. Seemed like fresh-cut potatoes, and well seasoned. Other menu items may include burgers or tacos. And they have the rrgional favorite, "cheese curds", painted on the truck. Seasonal, mobile and varied hours, but if you catch them open, highly recommended. Frequently seen parked at Dixie's Biergarten. We enjoyed them outside Pulpit Rock Brewery.
