We had to reschedule due to our closing being pushed back with a holiday. They were super friendly and got us a different date without any issue or "fee". My only complaint is you pay by the hour, and the two guys we had took a few water breaks (obviously no one is a robot) but they also sat down to eat sandwiches and billed us for all that time. All in all I think we paid for 30 minutes of them having a snack break. Other than that I was very pleased. I would recommend.

We used them to store 1 pod on our lot while we lived in a RV that we kept mostly clothes and food items, furniture too, and then we had 1 Go Mini Pod with boxes, sporting goods and furniture kept on their lot. They don't charge extra to keep the Go Mini on their secured lot. They're clean lockable and tough enough to make it through the harsh winter. We rented one 16' Pod and one 20' Pod. You get a text when they're on their way and when the work order is complete. Inexpensive portable storage. Under $200/mo. Use them and when your done they take them away. $89 for pick up and or a delivery.

After researching our options, we decided the U-Pack was the way to go, and I'm really glad we did. Customer service was incredible, everyone was so friendly and helpful, answering my questions patiently. Goods arrived in great condition, and the only things that were damaged were because we didn't pack them carefully enough. We can definitely tell that some jostling happened, but that's to be expected. They came in under budget, which seems like it almost never happens. I have nothing but great things to say about them. They dropped off the container when they said they would, and picked it up promptly when we were finished. They found a creative way to park the container safely in our driveway in Anchorage despite the 100 inches of snow that has fallen this year. Our things arrived within the promised timeframe, and in fact they arrived early. Overall, our move was a real hassle, but it had nothing to do with U-Pack and everything to do with the fact that we are three pack rats who lived in Alaska for 25 years and collected far too much stuff.

During our first experience, it was 4th of July weekend of 2020 and the movers we had hired backed out the morning of the move - we were distraught! Thankfully, when we called Superman they were able to put us on the schedule for that Monday, despite it being a holiday. The crew showed up on time, moved everything within the 2 hour window, and were very polite and courteous. Fast forward a couple years, and we called Superman again to arrange moving a few more things into storage - they were easy to schedule, called and texted to confirm 2 days out, and showed up right on time ready for a few hurdles (art hung very high, extremely heavy mirrored furniture, Sleep Number beds). What impressed me most was how delightful and happy the crew was while facing all these hurdles - my kudos to their HR department, 'cause these guys were not only polite and courteous to their clients, but also to each other. One member of the crew was clearly junior, and new to the job - the other two experienced movers took the extra steps to show him how to do it, correct him kindly when he needed, and never yelled or otherwise used negative reinforcement. As someone with a training background, I was incredibly impressed.

Very bad business to not communicate, no show then actually harass me after leaving a review. Questionable behavior and left me wondering if there was even a car accident. We investigated and there had been no accidents reported that night. I would most definitely be very careful when considering using this company. We had a very long, tiresome move from out of state with a loaded Uhaul and had hired them because they had 5 stars. We had to return the Uhaul and we're counting on them to show up. There was no regard for my family. He only apologized on Google in his comeback to my review then turned around and lied after the supposed apology.
