When the plumber came to hook up the water line so I would get ice (ice bucket promised was missing), he said the attachment would not work. Called Mr. Appliance and he said it would never hook up to the fridge because there wasn't one made. He asked where I got the fridge, and after I told him, he asked if he could see the other appliances. The dishwasher was thorough filthy and the hose was clogged. The stackable W&D was also not operable. Sad the man knew this place because of its bad reputation. Oh, they forgot to deliver the microwave, but did deliver a stove. Long story short, it took them one month to pick up the appliances. Then the process of getting a refund was in front of me. I kept calling; no answer. Drove by twice. First time all doors were open and no one was there. Second time, a chain was across the driveway. Mr. Wilson's answer was that they were all sick. Then he said the phones were messed up. I had to threaten to take him to small claims court. He whined about a woman taking him to court and taking a lot of money from him. Finally, more than one month later, I got half the refund in cash. One month later, I got the second half of the refund in cash. No, I would not accept a check or money order. I wanted only cash! Just don't even make the drive to Goddard. NOT worth it!

Their service is always quick, and on time, I only wish they carried more parts, so you didn't have to book two appointments everytime. Recently I had my Dryer serviced, and it is now running like new. Though there isn't a lot that can go wrong with a dryer, when the little drum support wheel bearings go, it gets noisy. The first appointment the technician diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts, he came back a week later and did the repair. When they order parts they require you pay in full before they order, and it is non-refundable, so you need to make sure you will have another day available to schedule them to come back. Other than that the work was finished in about an hour and a half, which wasn't bad since he had to tear the dryer completely apart. When it was back together, like I said, it sounded like it was new again. The technician said my Whirlpool built Maytag is good for another 17 years. Highly recommend Herb Snow, they are courteous, fast, and knowledgeable. The second appointment is inconvenient as scheduling two afternoons off work can be difficult. I imagine this is just the nature of the repair beast now. Still would not hesitate to give them a call again.

I was told it would cost $130.00 to come out and diagnose the problem + $120/hr labor plus the cost of the part. I was charged $195.00 for the part + $209.99 for the labor + $30.37 tax = $435.36 I later discovered the machine was under warranty. Herb Snow & Son was informed that it was only 2 years old, so they knew it was under warranty and never mentioned it to me. I was under the impression it had a 1-year warranty, when, in fact, it has a 10-year warranty. I found out later that the part Herb Snow sold me for $195.00 sells on Amazon for $21.99. Samsung told me they would have replaced it for free had Herb Snow had only called. At the very most, I should have been charged to come out and diagnose the problem ($130.00) plus labor ($120.00) for a total of $250.00. I ended up being charged $435.36. This amounts to an overcharge of $185.36, and overcharge of 42.58% Avoid these people as if your life depends on it! If you use them after reading this review, you deserve everything they are going to do to you! The only reason they use lubricant is to hold the sand on! I am surprised that local law enforcement doesn't require them to wear a mask and carry a gun.

I had an initial quote from another company and the representative was moody and passive/aggressive and I just couldn't give that company my business. Then I looked at the sticker on my old system and it was originally installed by Roth. I gave them a call and Joseph came out the next day and gave me a quote and gave me an awesome deal on a close out 3 stage furnace (it's summer). When the day came for the install a whole team came to tear out the old system, pour a new concrete pad for the AC outside, and they had to make all kinds of changes to the ventilation and condensation lines to bring it up to current code. It's an old house and I'm sure it wasn't an easy job. But every single person who works for Roth from the ladies in the office to the sales team to the team of installers is wonderful. Not only did they do great work and installed a very quiet and efficient Ruud system, they did it with kindness, professionalism, a great attitudes in stifling heat.
