Had to get my car towed to a real shop, less than 24 hours after the temporary fix that they provided for $200 bucks. If you have cars that are already old and raggedy and u just need to put a band aid on the problem then this is your guy. Otherwise My advice is to take your car to a legitimate automotive shop that can be held accountable for their mistakes and can pay for your car if they mess anything and that won't take your money for a job that they know is not going to last but a day, then throw their hands up and act like they did nothing wrong. My son had a serpentine belt break halfway to his destination. He made it to a nearby auto parts store and T&T met him there and drove him to his jeep. Within 30 minutes, he was on his way. Googled this company to assist me with jumping a dead battery, surprisingly they arrived within 30 minutes of call. However, rogue technician used a non-conventional method in jumping my battery. Mechanic used a battery purposed for an electric drill in which he connected jumper cable clamps to my battery with wire exposed on the opposite end. He then proceeded to hold down the live wires to the battery to jump the car. It created sparks and pops which I believe resulted in shorting out the driver's side headlight. My headlights were fine before he touched my car. I brought it to his attention while on site and he insisted that the light was already out. Within minutes of him leaving I called again to address the situation. He then became agitated stating that he'd performed the same operation hundreds of times with no problem. He and his assistant stated that they like all of their customers to be happy. Therefore, they agreed to return the next day between 11 am and 12 to fix the light bulb. I gave them sufficient amount of time to call and received no call. Although, I had no intention of permitting them to touch my vehicle any further, I called them at 1:53 pm in which my phone call was forwarded to the voicemail system with no return call. This company is unprofessional and employs rouge methods to address your repair needs. That may result in additional unnecessary expenses. Caveat Emptor "buyer beware".
