I took my daughter in to have her nails painted while I had my nails done. Her nails were pretty gross so them charging me a little more for that was not an issue. The younger women who works there was the one doing my daughters nails. The whole time she did her nails, if my daughters​ hand slipped off the pedestal or she didn't move her hand the way the woman wanted, she would make faces at my daughter. Several times she rolled her eyes and really made my daughter feel uncomfortable. This was only the second time my daughter has ever been in a nail salon to have her nails done. This woman never said a word, just made faces and rolled her eyes at my daughter. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. I personally will never be going back after that. Whether you have kids or not is no excuse for this behavior and the woman should be ashamed of herself. read more

The entire time my friend and I were getting pedicures, three and sometimes four of the technicians were talking, laughing, and whispering amongst themselves. It was very rude. The service was ok for me but my friend was bleeding several times. My technician had just come in from a smoke break and it was very strong smelling while he worked on my feet. Overall the place seems clean enough. They could definitely use someone answering the phones as a person leaves customers hanging to do it. read more

First is the fact that they don't like walk ins. So make an appointment . Don't expect a conversation. My service was 2 hours, and not a word was said to me. She was on the phone the whole time( speaking in another language). The redemption is that the pedicure was good. read more

I told the lady multiple times what I wanted and she kept telling me what other people was doing and I should get the same thing.

They always do a great job but they could really use a full time receptionist. On more than one occasion they have left the client hanging in the middle of the nail service to answer the phone and make appointments. Normally I never leave reviews but buyer beware, it started off when my friend made us appointments for the same time to get acrylics done together and she was told over the phone that this would be done and wouldn't be a problem, when we got there they said she hadn't made an appointment for the two of us even though she had. When my friend asked for her nails to be shortened they told her no it would be ugly. When i showed the woman the picture she said she could do it but then when i asked for the nails to be shortened she told me no, when i asked for an important part of the design she said she didn't want to do it. both of us left very upset and were charged very high prices compared to what their price board said. I moved here from another state and there were so many nail salons there and prices were great! You could get a great mani/pedi for $30, and some places even included a mini shoulder massage with it! In Belfast you can get your nails done in a hair salon but it's expensive. I came across this place because it's right next door to the fantastic place where I get my hair done and got the best pedicure ever by Toh (pronounced toe). Really - that's her name. She was excellent, took the time to work on my problem feet, and when she was done they felt fantastic. They have different price ranges for pedicures, but I chose the simple one for $28 and it was perfect. I highly recommend Toh and T & T Nails for a great pedicure. Occasionally I'll get a manicure but I typically save those for the times I visit my daughter in MA. read more

I made an appointment for a bridal party 6 weeks in advance and called 2 days prior to confirm and they did not have it in their books. They refused to accommodate our appointment. I can't speak to their skills, but I can say they are unreliable! Our bridal party ended up having to do our own nails because there are not many options in the area.
