We contacted a different firm, shows up the next day on a Sunday, finished the project a week later. This firm has poor follow up and am glad we chose to move on. One of the employees helped me to figure out exactly which model to get. I was going to schedule a delivery, but he said he'd bring it to my house right then. I asked if he really meant right now, because I had to get to work. He said yes, so I purchased the water heater and went home. Seriously less than 10 minutes later he arrived with the water heater and moved it into my house. It was such amazing service, and I still made it to work on time!
