Holes on the wall of the women's bathroom. I hope these holes do not share the men's bathroom wall.

I found this store by accident on my way to Costco. The parking lot was easy to maneuver. The was well organized, the staff seemed to be putting things on the shelf's and there were plenty of inventory. I didn't find the employees to be rude or uninterested. Everyone I encountered was polite and informative. The only concern i had was when I went to the women's bathroom there were holes on the wall where the toilet liners used to be. The men's bathroom is on the other side of the women's so I am not sure if that wall is shared. Overall I would go back to this store. The employees here were much more polite than the ones at Johns Creek. The merchandise was also better organized and better value.

    Front of store.

Overall We stopped…read moreby TESOLife to walk around and digest after a meal, and it was a nice browsing experience. Clean, tidy, and service was satisfactory. Just know it's more of an "experience store" than a value store. Selection and focus They have a wide variety of items inspired by different parts of Asia, mostly Japan and China, with very few items that felt specifically Korean. The store basically falls into three main buckets: * Cosmetics and beauty * Snacks * Kitchen tools and small home goods Price and value It's overpriced for what it is. I wouldn't come here expecting deals. I'd only buy something if you really want a specific item or you're paying for the convenience and curated environment. Cleanliness and service The store was clean, well organized, and the overall environment felt polished. Service level was good and the shopping experience felt smooth. Who I recommend it for Best for people who: * Want a tidy, curated intro to East Asian style goods (beauty, snacks, kitchen gadgets) * Enjoy browsing in a nicer environment * Are okay paying extra for convenience and presentation Who should skip it Skip if you're price sensitive or want authentic specialty items at a good value. You'll likely find better pricing elsewhere. Would I return? Maybe, if I'm killing time and want a clean, curated store to browse. But I wouldn't go out of my way to shop here for value.

Teso Life - The lychee mochi has x8 btw. It was just consumed. My friend swears by the crispy seaweed in the blue bag. Low in calories and crunchy.

Aisles are always crowded and I almost got run over by people pushing carts who have no situational awareness. There's always a wait at check out. A lot of the registers are closed (on a Saturday afternoon) and some of the self checkout registers are not working.

Today is the 26th, so I returned it for an exchange. Explain to me why the associate opened the brand-new replacement item in front of me after scanning my receipt and processing the exchange. I have never heard of anything like that before. When I asked why they were opening the new item, the associate stated that it was because it was an exchange and claimed it was "their policy." I know that is not standard everywhere. If a product is defective, and I purchased it legitimately with my receipt, I absolutely have the right to exchange or return it within the return window. The item wasn't even 48 hours old. Another employee then came out of the office while I was trying to understand why this was being done. The entire interaction felt rude, unnecessary, and unprofessional. This is exactly why I prefer shopping at stores other than Walmart because there always seems to be unnecessary issues and confusion. This location on Pleasant Hill Road seriously needs improvement, not just with returns and exchanges, but with customer service overall. Half the time employees do not know where products are located when customers ask for help. Compare that to stores like Publix, where employees will actually walk customers to the aisle to help them find what they need. A customer should not have to deal with nonsense over a simple exchange for a defective product that was just purchased. It makes no sense and creates an unpleasant shopping experience.

From the moment I walked in, it felt like there was something for everyone -- clothing stores, specialty shops, attractions, and more food options than I could count. What really stood out to me was the variety. Whether you're into fashion, sneakers, home décor, pop culture collectibles, or just window shopping, this mall has it all. Even after nearly two hours of walking, I'm pretty sure I only covered about half of it. There's just so much to explore that it's impossible to take it all in during one visit. The food court was another pleasant surprise. It's clean, spacious, and full of options -- from quick bites to hearty meals. Everything looked fresh, smelled amazing, and there was plenty of seating even during busy hours. Parking was easy, the atmosphere felt safe, and the place was well-maintained overall. Between the sheer size, the variety of stores, and the energy of the space, Sugarloaf Mills really delivers that "mall experience" that's become rare these days. I'm already planning a return trip so I can take my time and see everything in its entirety. The place definitely did not disappoint.
