My grandson's car broke down and was in need of a tow. He belonged to Triple A, gave them a call and they stated someone would be there soon. One and a half hours later still no truck. Called them again and they said 15 minutes. Over one hour later and still no truck! So, started calling tow companies. I must have called 13 tow companies, no answer, mailbox full or price quotes of $500 and $625 (that's just crazy)! I tried one town over and T.K. Trucking came up on the web. I wasn't expecting much but gave them a call. I spoke with Terrance (wonderful individual) He said he could be there in 40 minutes. Very professional, very caring, GREAT PRICE and a great personality. He kept his promise to arrive on time. He even texted to say he was 15 minutes out. After a very frustrating day, this company was a ray of sunshine!! We are done with Triple A and will only use T.K. Trucking from now on. Other tow companies could learn from these folks!!
