Since I can't trust Uber/Lyft to give me a ride to the airport at 4am (even with a confirmed scheduled ride), I rely on these guys instead and have yet to be disappointed. They've been very reliable and always arrive on-time (usually early). With clean cars, professional and friendly drivers, and authorization to use the Peach Pass lanes, they're everything you'd want in a chauffeur service. I use them now for all my business trips.

I put out a request to several companies a few weeks before and Elite responded within minutes. I was unsure of the times at this point, but they were easy with it and said as we get closer, just let them know the time window. Tyrone arrived at our house a few minutes early in a very clean, comfortable car. The traffic by the stadium was a nightmare, as you would expect, but Tyrone was calm, patient, and easy to talk to. We weren't sure when the concert was going to end, so gave a time window for the pickup and said we were open to walking a few minutes to get out of the mayhem. The concert went later than expected, but that was no issue. Tyrone picked us up very close to the exit and got us home safely and easily. I have to mention that 75 had multiple lanes closed for construction and traffic was once again a nightmare, but Tyrone was once again calm and patient and got us home safely. This was a great experience and I am glad we picked Elite. We will book them again for our next event.
