SHOCKER! I work as a Manager and I can tell you he is VERY VERY lucky he is not one of my staff members. I completely understand wanting to listen to your own music while working but having BOTH ear buds in is a write up especially when you are working the register and supposed to be interacting with customers, I also understand having a bad day however the attitude is EVERY single day I see him and I come in at least every single day. Would it kill you to say a polite "Have a nice day/morning/night."? Otherwise everyone else is absolutely lovely.
