However the new guy that is there is EXTREMELY rude. Always has earbuds in both ears, had an attitude, anytime I ask if they have something it's I don't know or No however when I've asked the other employees the same question they go look and 9 times out of 10 they find it! SHOCKER! I work as a Manager and I can tell you he is VERY VERY lucky he is not one of my staff members. I completely understand wanting to listen to your own music while working but having BOTH ear buds in is a write up especially when you are working the register and supposed to be interacting with customers, I also understand having a bad day however the attitude is EVERY single day I see him and I come in at least every single day. Would it kill you to say a polite "Have a nice day/morning/night."? Otherwise everyone else is absolutely lovely. The food is delicious the selection is great and the atmosphere is straight up community oriented! The rest of the service is IMPRESSIVE and IMPECCABLE! I highly recommend stopping here.

I frequent this Circle K several times a day and for quite awhile now I have begun to notice…read moreseveral things that I think need brought to your attention.  I have even started to make all my trips during the graveyard shift if possible.  The young girl that works the graveyard shift does an outstanding job! The place always looks and smells clean, and I know the coffee and meal deal will be fresh when she's there rather than several hours old. Sometimes she doesn't get to the counter right away because she is ALWAYS cleaning something but she does say she will be right there or acknowledges that she saw you. She is always very friendly unlike many of the other employees. She is usually pretty busy with customers while I am in as well which is surprising since it is middle of the night.  In the morning I am unable to bring my children in with me because one of the employees with long brown hair has quite the potty mouth and I try not to let my children hear that offensive language. I also prefer not to go in the evening because there is a shorter girl with black hair who you always have to wait for to come out from the back and when she does finally come out she is angry to be interrupted and she is always very rude. This weekend I went in for my traditional polar pop and coffee and could not believe how filthy everything was! The floors were disgusting,  the food items looked like they had been spinning for days, the coffee tasted old, there wasn't much coffee to choose from, and the counters were covered and sticky! Of course the rude girl was there and didn't disappoint. She was so rude and snapped at the elderly gentlemen in front of the line I almost walked away but I already had my items. From here on out I will only come into this store during the graveyard shift when I know it will be clean and food will be fresh and I will be greeted with nothing but a friendly face! You need employees like her on every shift! She has definitely been my reason for 4 stars, otherwise it would have been a 1!

The good: it's clean, brand new, good selection of beer, great selection of beer singles, and a large selection of the typical convenience store snacks. Seven different slushy machines, fountain drinks, and three coffee machines with three selections of beans in each. The coffee area also has quite a few different creamer options. Advertised as the "Best Chicken in Ohio" and it has a decent menu for food at the in-store to-go food area. It's well lit, and in a very safe/convenient location. The bad: they definitely have some growing pains. I stopped in the day after and two days after their opening. Around 6:30pm, there were 11 customers in line to order chicken or other items on their menu. I ordered the Family Feast consisting of 9 tenders, 2 large sides, and 4 dinner rolls. They were out of "jojos" (their version of larger steak fries) and only had mac & cheese and mashed potatoes as sides. I had to ask for gravy to be added rather than being asked, and I wasn't offered any dipping sauces. They also do not have all of the items that they advertise on their menu, website, or app such as pizzas to order (only pepperoni and cheese slices when I was there), no breakfast pizza, and no roller items. Hopefully it's just because they've not received everything yet. I also wish there were a kiosk to place a food order rather than walking up and just guessing that you talk to the kitchen staff to ask for food. For the chicken - the chicken tenders aren't bad, and I'm glad to have a place nearby to grab some quick dinner if needed. I definitely wouldn't consider them the "best in Ohio" by a long shot, but I'll give the tenders and bone-in chicken in another month or so. This store would really benefit from staying open past 10pm as the kitchen would still be in demand - especially Thursday through Saturday. I'm also unsure of the time the kitchen closes. There are no hours listed anywhere on the building, doors, or inside. I'm also unsure if you can still pump any gas after 10pm. I'll update this review in a month or two after they've had time to implement some fixes and get their processes well formed.

Feels very clean and family-friendly in the main area. The bathrooms were kept up and very clean. The main area has a chalkboard wall with fun and cheerful writing on it. They also sell some local foods and other items, as well as the normal coffee, soda, and snacks I'd recommend it as a nice place to stop on a drive, and I'll try to plan it on my next drive through hwy 24.
