And he used every means of communication, from in person, to email, to eventual phone. All the while, he guided me through the process. And with a time crunch, he even obliged me an early install. I am now stuck with 3 phones all less than 3 months old and I'm out $220 dollars. $43 of it is for a month of service which I never received, and they won't reimburse me for. When my boyfriend and I went to the store to return a phone, an employee threatened to jump over the counter and kick his ass While he was holding our son. We have went through every avenue to simply get my money back including the police, but have gotten no money reimbursed and no justice. The employee denies everything. This isn't even the entire story. My point is, under no circumstances should anyone shop for phones or service through boost mobile, especially not this store. I am now with a different cell phone company who takes care of their customers and treats them right!
