This location is terrible. First visit was just after 10am and there was a line of people waiting to get in even though the store was supposed to open at 10am, so I left. Went back today to drop my off my trade in and had the unpleasant experience of dealing with "Lucas". He incorrectly thinks he has the ability to read a label and determine your phone is not a trade in but a warranty item. Way too much attitude from this employee to be working retail. He was, of course, wrong, then got testy when I showed him the T-life app which said I could bring the phone into the store. He just wanted to put the label on the package and nothing else. Had to argue with him to get a receipt for my trade in. Tmobile needs to do a better job training their employees to get the facts from the customer's account first before making false statements and then giving attitude because they are wrong. Also, they might want to hire some more employees who can open the store on time, 10AM isn't that early. Don't waste your time at this location, wait a few days and get your phone through the mail. The store can't do anything but give you a phone they have in stock, which you can get in a couple of days through the mail with the added bonus of avoiding the hassle of dealing with incompetent employees. No resolution through T-mobile either, they just don't seem to care. read more

They coukd have acknowledged us when we walked in. Not only were we ignored, but while other reps were with customers, one rep finished with her customer, she ignored us bowed out to the back of thr store. There was no greeting, no response when she left, she wouldn't make eye contact and just dissipeered. I will go else where. read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a T mobile. I walked in with no greeting as the employees were helping two customers. one employee went straight to the back without saying anything after he was finished with his customer, and then another employee walked out from the back and before i could finish my sentence to ask for help, he interrupted me and said "you will be helped" as he left his shift. once the last employee was done helping their customer, he walked past me before I said i had been waiting and wanted to be helped, and his response was "I just got done helping out a customer, hold on" then he went to the back of the store. at this I left the store and felt although I had been waiting for 20 minutes in total, I didn't deserve that. I was incredibly angry and disappointed that this was the type of customer service employees are willing to give to their customers. this all happened on 8/30 at around 5-5:30pm. I hope the store manager sees this and addresses this. read more

Excellent customer service experience from Porsche. Walked up and they were waiting with a smile to help. Walked me through the entire process of buying an Apple Watch 6 for a gift. Very friendly , and informative. Showed me accessories to protect it and even helped put them on. Very , very relaxed 100% customer friendly helpful service. I recommend going here for sure. I had already been to 3 places all over Parker and Aurora which is a little out of my way on non gym days and wasn't able to get much help. I'm so glad I ended my shopping here. if I could give 0 stars I would. I've been to some bad T-Mobile stores before but this one is beyond the worst. The phone in question had a warranty so apparently we weren't spending enough to get good customer service. They have had the phone for four days and they refuse to transfer anything from the old phone to the new one. because it's a warranty new phone we can't even bring it home. they are saying 2/3rds of the phone's memory needs to be cleared to do the transfer, they forced us to purchase Google cloud space then sent us on the way with the new phone with no settings apps or anything transferred to the new phone. Went to get all the settings transferred tonight and "well we close in a half hour so you're gonna have to come back." As we left, frustrated as hell with this game, the two people at work laughed at us. Still no phone and all they would even tell us is that they are gonna erase the old phone and just to reset and redownload everything ourselves. 100% unacceptable. so for the fifth day in a row we get to go back tomorrow and face these horrible people again. Sorry it's only a $5 deal but it's not my fault the phone died and needed to be replaced. Sell better phones and practice better customer service. Almost enough to make me never use the service ever again. Absolutely awful. read more

Why is customer service so inconsistent and unprofessional these days? I visited the southlands store because the Quincy store employees were dismissive and rude but apparently it's the new way these days. Is it just no one teaching these young boys how to be professional and appropriate? And why do I need to be present to drop off a phone that's on my account when the user of said phone is dropping it off? And you wonder why people go off on these employees. Had Sprint for decades; have traveled the globe and used my cell phone with minimal issue. NOW T Mobile has absorbed Sprint; UGH. Went on line tonight to get a copy of my monthly statement. OMG, what a five alarm cluster F*** Spoke with a representative, who was nice but spoke with a foreign dialect I could barely understand. After an hour and a half, not quite sure if progress was made. Could care less about 5 G, provide customer service agents with better English skills, and get your technical staff to pay attention to detail when moving accounts. read more

Store ID: 1GSI, located in the Southlands Mall near the Walmart. I am a 65 year-old 100% service-connected disabled veteran, with a respiratory issue that has been treated for the past 15 years by the VA, making me unable to wear a mask. Our CO governor has issued a mandatory mask order for the State but has listed exceptions for several issues, including mine and others with similar medical disabilities. His order is posted online (official letterhead). When I walked into the EMPTY Sprint/T-Mobile store today, there were only 2 employees. I stopped short of the desk to properly social distance, since I can't wear a mask, and the employee told me I had to have one. I asked if they were observing the Governor's order for the State and he said yes. I informed him of my condition and that the Governor's Order included an exception for those like me with medical conditions, and offered to show them the mask order on my phone's browser. To make a long story short, they denied me service (I was there to upgrade two phones on my business account, which can't be done online for some reason) and asked me to leave. I cannot believe the rude and disrespectful treatment from these two employees. Veterans and others with medical disabilities, BEWARE!! They seem to value company policy (flawed, at that) over respectful and helpful customer service. read more

I am very surprised with the reviews provided. We have been with T-Mobile for the longest in our mobile experience. This is the best shop we have dealt with. There have been several managers but some of the associates have stayed the same. The associates that have been there know us by site and we receive great service. Horrible Service!!! I called to make sure they had the phone I wanted to go in and get for an upgrade. The service person asked what color? I told him the black one. He said okay I will hold it hear for you. I get there in 8 minutes and he sells it to the customer that was there. He tells me, "They just got it and that was the last black one that we have." Seriously?? This place is a complete JOKE!! Just on them and go to the Quincy and Picadilly or Arapahoe crossings location. read more

This is the most efficient T-Mobile location I've been to here in the Denver Metro area. The staff here is extremely accommodating, knowledgable, and professional. I personally have never had to wait for long at all and I always appreciate the fact that they provide me the attentiveness I deserve. So I've been with T-Mobile for years upon years now but my the last phone I had was the worst phone known to man. I just renewed my contract less that a year ago, but I was ready to pay full price for a new phone. So I stopped in the store to pay full price (using the payment plan of course). But the salesperson told me that if I called customer service and explained all the problems with my phone (ie. it was still in warranty and I was on my 2nd replacement) that they might authorize me to get the full discount that a new customer would get. She sure didn't have to tell me that since I was ready to buy. She even offered to let me call from the store, but since I didn't know how mean I would have to get with customer service, I decided to call later. But sure enough, I called customer service and they agreed (without a fight) to give me the phone for $167 plus a $50 rebate (the online price) and noted it on my account. So of course I went back to the store the next day so I didn't have to wait for the phone in the mail. They checked my account and instead of giving me the online price, they sold me the phone for $99 straight out and split my payments into 3 months. Talk about good customer service!! read more

The people are very nice and trying to help you, but only when its your turn. This place is always busy. Every time i went in I never got out within an hour. I always had to wait an hour minimum. When i was there yesterday, there was this beautiful girl who works there with blond hair and very pretty smile, she literally looked at me from my head to toe. I dont know why she did that to me but i thought it was very rude. The workers are VERY slow and takes their time forever!!! I really wish i have another location i could go to, but this one is the only one thats near my house. They better hire some more people! read more

I have 7 lines, 5 phones and 2 tablets. One of my phones will not hold a charge less than a year old. I took it in and the guy behind the counter said it's under warranty and while he was processing it he said" good news they are waving the $21.00 fee. So i went back and another guy wanted to charge me $21 plus $5. He said there is no way that can be saved by them. I would suggest recording your conversation's with this store if you go there, they will tell you what you want to hear than change it out when it's time for them to produce. read more

After paying off our phones and any/all other usages fees they said our phones wouldn't be unlocked for up too 72 hours. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE! I was lied to at the store about a screen protector and the coverage I would get if the screen protector was damaged. I bought one a year ago and was told to come back to the store if it was damaged and it would be replaced free of change. When I went to the store they were out of the protector and I was told to call customer care for a replacement. Customer care said the store should have helped me. When I bought the protector I was told nothing about having to have insurance on the phone in order to get it replaced free but that appears what needed to be, now that I have a broken protector. Plus the fact the store can not talk to me about my account over the phone is ridiculous.. I have to go in and show a license?? For the most part I like T-Mobile. Coverage is not as good as Verizon but a lot cheaper so I stick with them. Anyway, another lesson learned.. start video taping conversations when the store tells:promises you something. read more

The sales rep lied to us to get us to buy new phones. We went with our ATT phones to trade them in and get the cancellation fees from ATT paid for and switching to the T-Mobile military one plan. The T-Mobile rep sold us 3 new phones and said that our payoff from ATT was under $200 so we trusted his opinion after reviewing our ATT account online. We just got our ATT cancelation bill that auto paid from our checking account this morning and it was $798! We were lied to in order to sell new phones to us and now our family doesn't have money for Christmas! Do not trust T-Mobile at all or this location. They should not try to get military families to switch over when most of us are on a fixed income and cant afford to be screwed over! read more
