The staff member showed no interest in making a sale or understanding the customer's needs. Instead of listening or trying to help, they gave the impression that they just wanted the customer to leave as quickly as possible. Went in to upgrade my iPhone 14 Pro to the iPhone 16 Pro. An individual by the name of Orlando (self identified as the store manager) helped me. Long story short, I was told that my paid off iPhone 14 Pro had to be turned in to upgrade to the iPhone 16 Pro and that I could not purchase the iPhone 16 Pro outright and to take the promotional trade in credit of $1000. His reasoning is that buying the new phone outright would trigger a "fraud alert" from AT&T and I'd lose service for several days. Additionally, I come to find out that Orlando added additional services to my account without talking to me or asking my permission. These services were a $10/monthly charge do the AT&T Next Up program and also a $17/monthly charge for a Protection 1 Plan. I'd highly recommend calling 611 to get accurate information prior to going to this store or going to a different store entirely. read more

Lots to say but to sum it up... got a 17 pro and was told about a bundle for an iPad and iwatch for ¢99 each. I did not even need nor really want them, but for that price I got it. Asked several times about any other service fees, or hidden fees or anything else at all except the 99 cents a piece. Was told that was it several times. Had to realize there was way more monthly charges with those and spent hours on the phone with customer service to try and fix it. Went to take it to the store to return like customer service said and they would not take it. Had to mail it myself to customer service, which looking back is a more trusting way than these people. This is not the first bad experience that I have had, I just never write bad reviews on small things or really anything. read more

I recently visited the AT&T store after ordering an upgrade for my iPhone 13 to an iPhone 16 through the AT&T app for in-store pickup. When I arrived, Ryan assisted me. I explained that I was there to pick up my new phone and trade in my old one. He brought out the device, checked my ID and card, and quickly told us to have a great day. I had to remind him that I still needed to turn in my old phone, so he printed out a paper, slid it under the phone, and then began trying to upsell changes to our plan. My father explained that we've had issues in the past with our plan being mishandled, so we didn't want to make any changes. Instead of respecting that, Ryan continued to push the issue, which was frustrating. When I asked him not to erase my old phone yet and to help me make sure my new phone was properly set up, he brushed me off, saying it would "be fine," and then erased it anyway -- even though the store was not busy. When I got home to restore my backup, I couldn't access my iCloud because the verification code was sent to my old phone number -- the same one I had changed at this location two years ago. My iCloud had already reflected my new number before Ryan wiped the phone. I returned to the store to explain what was happening. Ryan took over the conversation again, was rude and dismissive, and blamed me for the problem. I tried to explain that if he hadn't rushed the setup, this could have been avoided. Instead of helping, he argued and continued to be unprofessional. While I was there, I witnessed him cuss at another customer and tell them to leave, even though that customer hadn't done anything wrong. Later, I overheard him instructing another employee to "copy" a SIM card -- the coworker even said that was illegal -- to which Ryan replied that he's "done it before." I spent four hours at this location, and still, my issue was never resolved. I left without access to my backup or my data. The entire experience was completely unprofessional, unacceptable, and a huge disappointment for a company like AT&T. I am requesting that this situation be escalated to upper management or corporate for review and follow-up. Customers deserve to be treated respectfully and to have their devices handled correctly. I will not be returning to this store, but I do hope AT&T addresses the serious issues with this location and its staff. Oh, and to add, he was scraping my brand new phone all over the table without any case on it. read more

Went in July to add a line, the sales guy ended up adding 2. To make matters worse I've been waiting for months for the manager to help me get that reversed. Promises have not been fulfilled. Upgraded 2 phones 11/24/23 at this store. Checked my account later to make sure everything was correct. Quickly discovered they had added an additional line to my account. Was showing a new additional phone number, e sim, and a iPhone 13 Max had been added. Over the course of about 3 hours I was on robo chat, live person chat, and finally got a live human, a 2nd live human who says they have removed the added line, phone etc. While speaking to AT&T Loyality Dept, had my laptop and my phone opened to my account. My phone screen caught my attention when it refreshed and in the place of the iPhone Max Pro, a Samsung Galaxy pops up on my screen( I do not have either of those phones) with the same new line that was added. It seems that while someone in the store had access to my account they added a new line for themselves, got a SIM card and activated it in a Samsung Galaxy while I was on the phone with Corporate call center. I have called the store 6 times this morning, no answer 5 times , (caller id?) The one time they did answer I asked if this was the store or the call center, they said the store, What's up? Then hung up. I called corporate again, was told it happens all the time and the advice I got was to go back to the store as there were only 2 people working when I upgraded. This was an intentional act, an illegal act. It appears that I am not the only person this has happened to. read more

I'm surprised to see poor reviews about this store. I went to inquire about services with AT&T and Travis was super helpful and had great customer service. He was flexible and really HEARD my needs. I haven't signed on yet due to paying off my contract with another carrier but I'm very interesting and budgeting it all out. Thanks travis. Update: ended up coming back here 6 months later to take the plunge after i paid off my iPhone X with sprint. Hannah helped me through the entire process. She knew her stuff, gave me options, helped me transfer everything to my new phone... quality customer service. I'm thankful i made the switch. This store is great. After having trouble with a replacement screen protector I asked to speak to the manger only to find he was on vacation. Avoid this location at all costs! read more

I called the store at 4pm asking if they had the iPhone pro max available. I was told they had two. We hung up the phone and the gentleman that I spoke to called me right back asking if I would like him to hold it for me (didn't think they could do that) anyway I said yes. He grabbed my name and number and said we will hold it until 8pm for you. Awesome! I arrived at the store at 7:40pm was greeted poorly by Hanna. Right at 7:55 she came to me and said how can I help I explained to her that I had spoken to a gentleman earlier who put a hold on a phone for me. She went back and got the phone and immediately said to me "your lucky" we just took the sticker off of this 5 mins before you walked in. Hmm interesting I said as it was supposed to be held until 8pm this evening (closing time) While she was "helping" me she sold me an additional device and then took it back. Saying I had too many lines and was not able to add another line. I needed to call att to remove a line and then she could sell it back. I call att to find they are closed. Her response was "yep everything shuts down at 8pm" at this point I am annoyed and say okay I'll just come back tomorrow and get both of them purchased and picked up. She immediately starts yelling at me that she already processed the 1st one and that I must take it with me tonight. I responded with I don't want to have issues tomorrow with the BOGO because I had already purchased one. She started yelling at me about having to pay a restocking fee of $45. At this point I am livid. I have not signed anything and she will not be charging me anything. Well jokes on me I guess cuz I don't have a working phone now....I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE OR HANNAH. This is the 2nd time working with her and both times was a disaster. Oh and there was a gentleman that walked in last night while we were there at 8:15pm she rudely welcomed him in and then proceeded to tell him we closed 20 minutes ago what can I help you with. After 2 times of messing up my Att next plan to the 24 month plan I am finally free of these morons. Specifically state to sign up for the 12 they assure me they did , but nope! After the last two years of screwups and the last 8 years of spotty service at best, and the lack of customer satisfaction I have moved to Sprint and actually have reception at my house. Was paying $205 for 2 iPhone 7 on unlimited plus plan. Including discounts, and no attempts to right their wrongs. Got lines for my whole family at sprint now for $140 a month for 4 lines. Horrible customer service for a call into the store. I was calling to see the availability of a particular iPhone and the man who took my call said he had that model in and when I asked about the colors he told me it would take him 10 mins to go and unlock and check the supply. He said I should just come in and someone could help me. I said I didn't mind be on hold for 10mins. That 10 mins turned into 56 mins and no one bothered to get back on the line to ask if I was being helped or to apologize for the long wait. Instead someone picked up the line and just hung up..very frustrating to say the least! I did call back and the person who answered got an earful from a very irate longtime customer letting them know that their store provided horrible customer service and that they just lost a customer who has always done business at their location. AT&T needs to do better training of their employees on how to provide top notch customer service. read more
