I went to the store and got a new phone, while there they said I could get a free watch and tablet,…read morethat it would only cost me for the service which was only about $4 a month for each item. Here it is 6 months later and I am still getting charged for the watch, the tablet, and the phone that was supposed to be free with my trade in. Come to find out the store charges more for the items than what the credit is. I went to the store several times to correct it and the first couple times they said they corrected it, but the last time they said they could not do anything and to call cellular services. I did that and was told they won't do anything either as they don't know what the store told me. The store looks as it is a Verizon retail store, but be aware it is not. I been working with Verizon to correct the situation since the store is scamming people.

I stopped at this store to get help with my phone which was not working. I opened the door and a…read moresales person was sitting with someone ( a customer, I presume), looked at me and said it was a 20 to 30 minute wait and went back to his customer. Not a hello, not, I'm sorry but......his attitude said "get out", which I did. ATT needs to get their employee training together, because that one experience is driving me to change companies. There were apparently no other employees at the store. Not to mention the other issue of trying to call them for help and having to wait on hold for 45 minutes. Apparently they are so big, they simply don't care about one customer. I'll try some other companies to see if they are any better, but I'm not accepting this awful customer service. No one should.

I took it in to the Verizon store and they kindly told me it was all over and I should look at picking up a used phone - it seems the Note 2s are going cheap on eBay. But then I was directed to GetMoe and on the SAME DAY I took in my dead phone, Moe had it back and running! Like MAGIC! I used to manage a technology store where we did in house repairs, so I know a little of what is involved. Moe did a fantastic job and he had the tools and parts needed to service all the big brands. If your cell phone is busted - go see Moe! NOTE: GetMoe may not be open right at ten am. Call ahead if you're making a trip to the store, and make sure they're open.

Everyone here is nice but I was helped by Matt. This guy was super cool and laid back. If you are looking for a new phone or just any service, any of the associates there are more than callable to help. But Matt is the man, he listened, didn't try to sale me anything. I mean he did, but it was professional and not overbearing, it was conversational like it should be. I bought an accessory just cause he was helping me. He even drove to another store because one of our phones were unavailable at the Austintown location. If it wasn't for him tonight we would've canceled our brand new plan and stayed with our current carrier. He fixed the mess made by the previous rep and spent over 3 hours with us getting everything straightened out. He definitely deserves a raise and a promotion! If you're looking for an honest person that actually cares about his customers, Austin is your guy!
