Not a hello, not, I'm sorry but......his attitude said "get out", which I did. ATT needs to get their employee training together, because that one experience is driving me to change companies. There were apparently no other employees at the store. Not to mention the other issue of trying to call them for help and having to wait on hold for 45 minutes. Apparently they are so big, they simply don't care about one customer. I'll try some other companies to see if they are any better, but I'm not accepting this awful customer service. No one should.

But then I was directed to GetMoe and on the SAME DAY I took in my dead phone, Moe had it back and running! Like MAGIC! I used to manage a technology store where we did in house repairs, so I know a little of what is involved. Moe did a fantastic job and he had the tools and parts needed to service all the big brands. If your cell phone is busted - go see Moe! NOTE: GetMoe may not be open right at ten am. Call ahead if you're making a trip to the store, and make sure they're open.

If you are looking for a new phone or just any service, any of the associates there are more than callable to help. But Matt is the man, he listened, didn't try to sale me anything. I mean he did, but it was professional and not overbearing, it was conversational like it should be. I bought an accessory just cause he was helping me. He even drove to another store because one of our phones were unavailable at the Austintown location. If it wasn't for him tonight we would've canceled our brand new plan and stayed with our current carrier. Vastly better than buying a new $300 phone. I also used their services a few years back with my old iPhone 6, and was satisfied then. To give context, I once replaced the battery myself in an older iPhone 5(I think), and the experience sucked. I wasn't proficient with the little guitar picks you use to desperate the phones layers, and I had purchased an $18 battery off of ebay.. Well long story short, I could never get my phone to snap back together properly and the cheap garbage tier battery was hardly better than the one I had replaced. I would highly recommend broke ass phone.
