I was so flustered from drivers services and rushing to keep my appointment. Anyway, his badge said he was in training, but he seemed to know what he was doing. I was having trouble figuring out how to email a document from my phone (why is it so hard to find a downloaded doc???) But he calmly took my phone and did what needed to be done...or so we thought. He coached me through taking a screenshot of the document and that worked. He was patient and kind while I was at max stress. Everyone working there seemed to be in good spirits and friendly. If yiu need something printed, this is the place to go!

He was efficient and courteous. The whole experience went very smoothly. Moreover, they were easy to contact -- no long phone tree and no answering service operating hundreds of miles from the job site.
