Incredible Customer Service! Ryan and Hannah helped us out by navigating T-Mobile's 1-800 service number for us on a refund. The short of it, we had returned a T-Mobile device and were trying to collect the refund and be done. Ryan and Hannah treated us with the same dignity and respect you would expect as new customers when we were trying to cut ties with the company. It was a fantastic experience. read more

UBreakIFix quoted $250 and would need to make an appointment, Lake Effect Phone Repair was $200 and could be done the same day with no appointment, and Repair Tech 360 quoted $149 and it would take 4-5 hours but they had the part in stock. I decided to just do the cheapest option, and was really happy with the experience. It did take about 5 hours, but Laura was so funny and nice and joking around with me, "What did you do to your phone," - I really liked her sense of humor. Plus the job was done well and my phone looks brand new again. I'd definitely go back for future repairs or technology issues. Their services are clearly priced on their menu screen.

Deal. Got my controller back about 2 weeks later because I had to come back and wasnt texted or emailed (You had my information from the first visit). Later on, I discovered there was enough drift stick once again on the left analog stick to disturb my gameplay. In total, you charged me $60 to make my original issue "A little better". I might as well have bought a new controller with that money. Avoid this dishonest, unprofessional place.

The employees at this location are wonderful. They've all been there several years and are truly knowledgeable. I've always been able to come in with a question and leave with a solution. I cannot say enough about how great the customer service is here! I've used Metro PCS for years. Now that they're owned by T-Mobile it just means better, more wide-spread service with the same reasonable pricing. 10GB data plans are only $40/month.

Resolving issues was also difficult because the office was frequently closed without notice, and phone coverage was inconsistent, making it challenging to determine when someone would actually be available. I also received conflicting information from this location, nearby locations, and corporate, which I understand may be related to recent staff turnover. Unfortunately, the glasses themselves did not work for me. When I raised concerns at pickup about not being able to read with them on, my feedback was largely dismissed and I was told to "spend sometime trying". Because I was unable to get meaningful assistance from the store, I sought guidance from several other opticians. The consistent feedback I received was that the lenses appeared to have been manufactured incorrectly. This was especially disappointing given that I paid for all available lens upgrades. I did try to use them for several weeks, but trying harder was not going to fix the situation. When I returned to seek a resolution, I was met with more dismissive attitudes rather than a genuine effort to address the problem. It's unfortunate, because this appears to have once been a highly regarded business. My experience, however, was marked by poor customer service, inconsistent communication, and a lack of accountability when problems arose.
