I gave him what I thought was the correct password when he asked. He had already begun the data transfer rendering both my old phone AND the new phone inoperable. I left the store to go to the Apple Store in Grand Rapids which he assured me that Apple could fix. Because Apple needed 23 hours to send the proper password, and it was close to the Apple Store's closing time, we had to reschedule a 100+mile round trip visit for the following day. Due to my husband's illness, we were unable to return to Apple Store on Saturday. We rescheduled for Sunday. When we arrived on Sunday, Apple sent a message that it required 4 more hours to send the password. Sunday was short hours at the Apple Store and there wasn't enough time. We rescheduled for Monday. Monday I returned to the Apple Store and received some help. It was necessary, however to reschedule for backup on the computer for Wednesday to make certain that I'm not losing any data. (Tuesday was another day devoted to my husband's critical illness) Today is Thursday. I'm paying for 2 iPhones neither of which is satisfactorily operable. My old phone is telling me that it is unable to sync "some" data from the iCloud regarding Health and Maps. I am afraid to delete my old phone's data until I'm positive that I can use both of those apps. Maps, for example, doesn't connect to the car . I borrow my husband's phone to take us where we need to be for appointments for him. In short after 2 tanks of gasoline, many hours of inconvenience for several people, lots of money, and still no resolution to the problem because one person didn't ask the necessary question before starting to deactivate an older model phone, I will never shop at Verizon for devices again!

Local flagship stores for both AT&T and Verizon have terrible service…read more Basically if you want a new phone and plan and stuff, go here instead of the other stores. The other stores are understaffed and overcrowded. These guys a pretty solid in their service. I had to switch from Google Fi (which has weird transfer rules) and these guys were able to figure out and guide the switch efficiently. Cheers to these guys! Screw those other stores.

I needed a new battery for my iPhone. They had one in stock and were able to replace it in just…read moreover an hour. I had to give them my husband's number to text when it was ready because I didn't have another number. Customer service was great! My battery health capacity was at 73% and I could easily my new one at 100% health capacity. My phone was only 30% charged when I got it back because they said that's how new batteries come. It would have been nice to get my phone back fully charged, but I'd also rather have my phone back sooner. They are located between Vitality Bowls and MOD Pizza at Centerpoint. They take walk-ins but only allow 2 people inside the small building at a time so you may need to stand outside to wait. They are currently closed on Sundays but that may change. My 5 star rating is because I happened to catch someone at the store when I picked up lunch next door and they squeezed me in when they're normally closed. Thank you so much!

My husband was chatting with the employees while I looked around. The answered all his questions and were telling him about pricing and such. Everything was fairly priced in my opinion and my husband said he would definitely come back next time we're in Holland.
