So rather than spending my lunch hour at that location with a rude associate, I decided to visit the location on Hwy 98, Turtle Creek Crossing (Hattiesburg)location. I was assisted by Cameron. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, which made for a pleasant experience. Upon returning home to play around with my new device, I ran into a situation where I was having an issue with my phone. The store I called, ended up being the same store with the rude store associate. After speaking with her and trying to explain my issue. She had the same nasty attitude that she had when I initially called earlier that day. After getting nowhere with her, she abruptly handed the call over to her manager, who was just as rude, if not even more, as she was. This is not what good customer service looks like. I work in customer service, and I would never handle anyone in the manner in which they handled me. I'm not sure if this would do any good, but I do hope they fix their attitude. I was willing to drive 15miles out of my way just not to have to deal with them. I do pray they let go of whatever issues they may be harboring this holiday season so that they may better service their customers. It is because of "US" customers that they even have a job!! #TRAGIC!!!
