He refused to give me an actual receipt said receipts werent given to phone upgrades.I logged into my email from home received the actual receipt, printed it out and confirmed what I suspected. It showed DIEGO had charged me for all the "blackfriday promo."I went back to return everything but the phone and demanded my refund for items that i did not ask for to begin with. These are theifs,liars,and i do not recommend going here!

Enseguida me puse en contacto con la joyeria me dijeron que existiria pues un cambio, sepan que las ventas son finales si no estas de acuerdo con el articulo pues tu dinero nunca lo vas a ver para atras JAMAS. Decidimos hacer el cambio, por supuesto, mi esposo escojio un dige, resulta que a los 4 dias el dige se rompio SOLO durmiendo imagina la "calidad" de ese oro que estan vendiendo. Pedi una vez mas que pregunte por un refund y denuevo dijeron que no. Areglaron el dige si, pero y ahora ? puedo yo confiar en que este no se vuelva a ropmer, en que sea un oro bueno? estoy super descontenta con esta tienda. Nunca me avia pasado algo igual y lo peor de todo es que el dinero no cae del cielo y uno paga esprando que va a tener algo bueno y de calidad. y si? puede ser que ellos lo necesiten mas el dinero que yo . ya que hasta el dueno esta preso. Que lastima me da la situacion pues no me gusta pisarle el piso a nadie y mucho menos si de eso viven. pero yo como cliente tambien valgo y deveria de tener respaldo no es que este denigrando a nadie, estoy hablando con la realidad, pues estoy bien idignada de todo lo que paso y que asi de la nada me tenga que quedar con algo forzada que no me gusta la calidad ni estoy satisfecha con el producto nunca avia vivido algo igual. Esta joyeria NO TIENE LA CALIDAD DE ANTES. Pero aparte de la calidad les importa mas el dinero que un cliente se valla feliz con una prenda que valga la pena pagar. Que lastima, lastima por mi que cometi este error y por todos los demas clientes que vengan que lo van a cometer igual.

The staff is nice, nothing south beach nice, but actually nice. The sale/clearance area is usually pretty robust; full of shirts and whatnots that you don't need but will buy. Urban Outfitters location here is like every other location, expensive stuff to keep people thinking that you're cool. I buy into it too. It's ok. I've read that buzzfeed article, "urban outfitters be like" too. Come here for the indie music blasting through the speakers but head straight for the sale rack. Trust me.
