So I returned to a rude lady who was not happy about the gift certificates the only stipulation was u could not use them on Apple Branded Products.... I assumed that was any product manufactured by Apple.. But not this place they would not accept them on att chargers, life proof cases etc non of which is manufactured by Apple. The things I picked up on my first visit would not even total $100 I had $200 in certificates so the second visit I made sure I used the whole $200 even though I have an apple phone I did not lose I only paid $60 for $200 worth of certificates and I will sell or donate the $200 worth of merchandise I got if they were not so rude I would not have been so bent on spending them. I would not recommend this place it's cheaper to buy your accessories of eBay!

My phone was reset and he said there was nothing he could do to get any of my stuff back. The service was absolutely awful and beyond frustrating. I walked out of the store with my phone being more messed up than it was in the first place. Please take your business elsewhere because this place is an utter joke.

I asked an associate about this and they said management told them all transactions are essential, and that it's only fair that everyone gets equal exposure to the virus. I was shocked that a sign on the door said essential transactions only but all transactions were deemed essential. Also, it's a revolving set of faces at these stores. You get used to working with someone and go in again and hear, they're no longer with the organization. It's not a good sign that many of their best people are gone in no time flat. Management is exceptionally rude and refuses to be flexible and kind as the associates they fire. We moved to another carrier.

He offered an unlimited data plan so we wouldn't go over our data and a streaming service that would only increase our bill by $30 a month -- which isn't bad. However, when he was totaling up everything, he did not mention that without the streaming service our bill would go down $30. I understand the idea of trying to up sell but he didn't even offer the lowering of the bill until I said I wouldn't use the streaming service. After that, his demeanor changed and he mentioned how "we made this transaction more difficult".
