Laura found me the best deal, treated me with genuine respect, and walked me through every step of the process. She made sure all of my information was transferred correctly, answered every question I had, and even cleaned my new phone before I left. Outstanding customer service like this is hard to find. I am filing a complaint with the FCC, Consumer Protection Bureau and going to consult with the Local District Attorneys Office to see if under the State Blackmail and fraud statutes can be held liable as ATT no longer owns this debt and it is under Legal proceedings.
