It was pretty shocking to hear that she had no idea she was signing a two year contract when you said to me that she was aware. Why is this store taking advantage of elderly individuals who may not understand that home internet provides tablet internet connection at home? That is very upsetting. The hdmi port is missing from how I sent it in. I wouldn't recommend this place at all save your devices from being broken completely by this company
