I wish you could find the sink for rinsing off soap easier. It's way in the back near the registers. But the staff members at this B&BW were very friendly and fast checking my daughters and me out on November 22, 2025. We stocked up on winter soaps which were 5 for $27. Three-wick candles were $12.95, so more than 50% off. I don't know how I got wallflower refills for $2.95, but that must have been a Black Friday deal. One of my wallflowers scent plug-ins stopped working properly after many years, so I found the last "Natural Pine Tree Nightlight" plug. The cashier thought they were out, but I found that one stashed away on a shelf. I guess someone's mom or perhaps husband said no. Lol. Into the Night is my favorite scent, so I got a free body wash in that. Still a fan of B&BW.

She asked if I was using insurance and I said yes. She asked me which insurance and I told her that I didn't know or have my card on me but it should be in my records since I used it there before and I handed her my driver license. She didn't bother to look at it and asked me my birth date. She looked that up and the rudely said we don't accept Davis any more. I told her that I don't think I used Davis and she rudely replied "well, that's what is on your record". She was quite the little bitch about it. I told her never mind and left.

An employee answered, refunded my husband for the part he didn't need and exchanged it for the brake pads, then brought them to us in the Walmart parking lot. This is the kind of customer service which should be available at every store.
